The store was clean and close to vacant when I arrived at 830am on a Sunday. The rare batteries were in stock and easy to locate. Usually I like CVS and appreciate their coupons. The Pharmacy dept is understaffed and very slow. I love the idea of the drive through but it's just too slow as well.

On the site the pharmacy said they close at 8 front door says 8, pharmacy door says I get there and they said she closes at 740! Who the hell closes at 740!? Honor your tine or change it it's ridiculous

The customer service at this location is by far the worst I've experienced at any other CVS, the people behind the counter walk by you and don't even acknowledge that you're there. The drive through is even worse, I've had to sit there for what seems to be at least 10 minutes on several occasions before they come to the window. One of the workers started arguing with me one time over the pronunciation of my last name, trying to correct me on the proper pronunciation as if I didn't know how to pronounce my own last name. If I could give this CVS 0 stars I would, needless to say I've stopped coming here and have had my prescriptions sent to Costco instead.

I do not have a huge problem with this store, other than the fact that the shelves are consistently empty, the store is not as tidy as it should be considering the fact that there are enough employees to keep the store neat, and the bathrooms clean. My biggest problem is the outside of the store. I am not sure if this is a CVS responsibility. The trash cans are disgustingly full, and stinks to high heaven. Whomever cleans this area needs to check the trash several times a day because it is summer. The trash can also needs to be a closed can to keep the trash in, and not all over the ground. My biggest concerns are the amount of roaches and ants that are all over the outside. I saw a roach inside the store the other night, and wanted to throw up!! How about exterminating your building because the ants and roaches are out of control! This is a health problem and needs to be addressed immediately!!!! If this is not CVS's responsibility, then find out who is responsibility for tackling this problem. It is truly disgusting!!!

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. She wanted spelling, I repeated last name because I didn't know if she needed 1st name or last. She yelled at me and started slamming things on the counter. I yelled back and pharmacist thought her attitude was appropriate

Good store, but shelves are ALWAYS empty day in & out. Because of this simple issue, I re-route my shopping to Walgreens.

Whatever Andrew the Pharmacist problem is, I wish he'd take a leave of absence and figure it out. That dude had a serious attitude problem. You don't like your job, quit. I will not be surprised if there is an incident at that location involving him. Aside from him being rude to me, I also witnessed him being rude to a lady that had to be in her 70's that clearly just needed extra assistance.

Horrible customer service. Thuy the pharmacist does not care about patients. The pharmacy staff does not care about patients. They are rude and dismissive. If I wasn't FORCED to use CVS through my insurance I would never step foot back in the store.
