Beware! Caution! Avoid! Warning! Do NOT go! Run! I've had a few prescriptions sent by several doctors to this pharmacy, not just once, but several times. And this pharmacy claims they don't received it. Several of my doctors have verify that they have sent the prescription over. The problem is not with my doctor's offices, but with this pharmacy!!! I have wasted much of my time, energy, and patience, with waiting for prescriptions to be filled. If you want added stress and your prescriptions not filled, than by all means, come here! Avoid this pharmacy like the plague! Or should I say, avoid this pharmacy like to Covid!

The store was clean and the associates were very helpful. They actually went to look for an item that I couldn’t find. I was very pleased.

Apparently, the entire pharmacy goes on lunch at the same time and they close the pharmacy down. I try very hard to use the brick and mortar businesses but they make it harder and less convenient.

I was helped today by an employee named Ronald. He was by far, the most courteous and helpful CVS employee I've ever encountered in all the many, many years I've shopped at many CVS locations all throughout Southern California. He made me change my impression of CVS. I hope someone reads this and gives Ronald the recognition he deserves.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! The pharmacist has the worst attitude and is put out with every question asked. There is always a 20 minute line and they are out of medication regularly. They hang up on people regularly after a 20-30 minute hold. We had to transfer to granary square. Save yourself the headache! Dont go here!!Julie L

I went to CVS the other night after work to purchase some things I needed and while checking out I' seen that they had a good collection of perfumes and was undecisive on buying one but thanks to a young man by the name of ALEX Who had great customer service skills and very friendly and so very helpful I was able to leave with my newest favorite scent thank you so much ALEX I definitely recommend CVS the employees are always happy to help and never in a rush he took his time to make sure I was happy.

I am home ill with a cough and fever. Doctor ordered antibiotics and cough medicine. I was notified that script was ready but only the antibiotic was. CVS said we will have it tomorrow. Sent my son back the next day they still don't have it and have no timeline on when they will get it. A good pharmacy would take the next step and call other CVS pharmacies in the area and see if they have it available....they did not and trying to speak to someone is almost impossible. I found a pharmacy in town that has the medication and asked my doctor to call a new one in seeing CVS will not help with the transfer. I will never use them again.

First of all, we miss Grace so much. We have been helped by her for several decades. Good luck! We also want to commend CORY for ALWAYS giving us friendly and efficient service. Cory (tall gentleman usually working the drop off area) is by far the most professional and kind hearted pharmacist I have ever met. Always helps me with no judgement or any of that. Always acknowledges my presence when he sees me (something that does not happen at other pharmacies ever) so I just would like to acknowledge how grateful I am for people like Cory. Good workers deserve to be paid more and acknowledged so that's why I am here.

Absolute terrible customer service today on Sunday, January 2. I've usually come here and it's been OK most of the guys that work here and there's another girl have been pretty nice always helpful friendly just good customer service. Today I came here and I had several items I needed to get and when I went to the checkout the girl Jasmine that was working there told me if you're paying by cash if you're buying alcohol I'll help you at the register and I can basically help you and if you're paying by credit card and you're getting anything other than alcohol then you need to go to the self-service and check out yourself and oh if you need help I'm here for you. Then she takes off and goes back to putting little stickers on the shelves why I have like 30 items that I am going to have to scan myself. I'm sorry but is this customer service???? Absolutely terrible customer service from today really bad really really bad. seemed irritated that she had to help and actually work. She stated that this was Corporate that was making them do this so I said OK I'm gonna go to some of the other CVS and see what happens and she said oh no each CVS is different so how is it Corporate but each CVS is different I'm really confused. Won't be coming here anytime soon again.
