The pharmacist here was the rudest woman I've ever met. She would ask a question, then interrupt before I could answer, then get mad because I couldn't understand what she was asking. She couldn't figure out how to process a claim with my insurance company, and when I had them call the pharmacy she hung up on their representative. Absolutely horrible customer service, the worst I have ever experienced.

Beware! Caution! Avoid! Warning! Do NOT go! Run! I've had a few prescriptions sent by several doctors to this pharmacy, not just once, but several times. And this pharmacy claims they don't received it. Several of my doctors have verify that they have sent the prescription over. The problem is not with my doctor's offices, but with this pharmacy!!! I have wasted much of my time, energy, and patience, with waiting for prescriptions to be filled. If you want added stress and your prescriptions not filled, than by all means, come here! Avoid this pharmacy like the plague! Or should I say, avoid this pharmacy like to Covid!

The store was clean and the associates were very helpful. They actually went to look for an item that I couldn’t find. I was very pleased.

Apparently, the entire pharmacy goes on lunch at the same time and they close the pharmacy down. I try very hard to use the brick and mortar businesses but they make it harder and less convenient.

I was helped today by an employee named Ronald. He was by far, the most courteous and helpful CVS employee I've ever encountered in all the many, many years I've shopped at many CVS locations all throughout Southern California. He made me change my impression of CVS. I hope someone reads this and gives Ronald the recognition he deserves.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! The pharmacist has the worst attitude and is put out with every question asked. There is always a 20 minute line and they are out of medication regularly. They hang up on people regularly after a 20-30 minute hold. We had to transfer to granary square. Save yourself the headache! Dont go here!!Julie L

I went to CVS the other night after work to purchase some things I needed and while checking out I' seen that they had a good collection of perfumes and was undecisive on buying one but thanks to a young man by the name of ALEX Who had great customer service skills and very friendly and so very helpful I was able to leave with my newest favorite scent thank you so much ALEX I definitely recommend CVS the employees are always happy to help and never in a rush he took his time to make sure I was happy.

I am home ill with a cough and fever. Doctor ordered antibiotics and cough medicine. I was notified that script was ready but only the antibiotic was. CVS said we will have it tomorrow. Sent my son back the next day they still don't have it and have no timeline on when they will get it. A good pharmacy would take the next step and call other CVS pharmacies in the area and see if they have it available....they did not and trying to speak to someone is almost impossible. I found a pharmacy in town that has the medication and asked my doctor to call a new one in seeing CVS will not help with the transfer. I will never use them again.
