I had my shingles vaccine at the pharmacy. They were so helpful. I had my first and a different different pharmacy but there was a huge difference. The pharmacist was so helpful. Thank you for your help.

By far the best pharmacy in Santa Clarita. The staff at this pharmacy is polite, helpful, knowledgeable, quick with customer service. They all work hard for their customers.

If I could give a minus for the service they offer in Pharmacy I would -1 Star You call to have them process a prescription that has to be called in and lifted off hold and they put you on hold okay I don't mind waiting but you can tell when they pick the phone up and place you back on hold. Several times this happened and they did not pick up for over 11 minutes on hold! They need to fix the problem not place you on hold for extended periods of time!!!

I am always treated with respect and kindness. Jay and Nick are consistently working their tails off. They lead the way and their teammates follow to try and make the patrons feel cared about. A couple of days ago, I was helped by Cailey. She smiled, greeted me and made me feel like she actually cared. I would like thank the entire team and a special shout out to Cailey!

One thing that is 100% necessary when submitting a medical claim in the state of California, is the medical providers tax id#. The absolute morons who run this store will not provide that number to you if you ask, effectively shutting down any chance of submitting a claim to your insurance provider, as if you're asking for their social security number or something. The tax ID# is literally printed on any medical professional's receipt, and yet this piece of information is withheld from any customers of this store for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Get with the program dumb dumbs, you need to provide this information when it's requested so that your customers can be reimbursed for their medical claims.

Most of the men that work there are pleasant but the women that work at this pharmacy are truly lacking in customer service. They are completely rude and act like they're doing you a favor instead of their job by filling your prescription. Complete attitude during the entire process whether it's on the phone or in person. Typical of service these days. Walgreens has much better service, unfortunately insurance has forced me to go to CVS and I hate it every time. If you don't have to use this pharmacy don't.

Isn't drive thru supposed to be fast???! This one seem to take their time and doesn't realize how many cars are waiting. It took me 20 minutes to get to the pick up window with only 2 cars in front of me. Lots of room for improvement here. Hopefully this can be resolve soon.

The bald pharmacist is literally the rudest person I've ever met. Super short tempered & had the worst bedside manner. Every time I have come into this location he's been awful. Get some new people working here.

If I could give them a zero I would, not the store but the pharmacy. When in this morning, saw one of the female staffs raised her voice on a paying customer and spoke condescendingly to the customer in the car. Same woman that told me she could find my prescription yesterday which my doctor office sent yesterday. Then, a separate female staff who handled my prescription this morning, I forgot to pay for another item after she rang up my bill. Told me to go back in line because there were customer behind me. I literally just paid for my med for 1 second and she could easily rang up my 1, I'm talking about 1 item that I forgot to give it to her. I'm going to pull my prescription from this place, I rather give my money to a place that can train their staffs manner and customer service etiquette.

Speedy service through the drive-thru. Even had a consult with the pharmacist. Haven't had to get prescriptions here in a very long time (my prescriptions are free if I mail order them), but it was nice to see a friendly face in the pharmacist Marjan.

I just went in to get cough medicine for my wife and their were no cashiers available because the idiot took the cash drawer to the office to count what was in the drawer and cash out for the evening....ONE HOUR BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES! Is this normal? I used the automated checkout but what if I wasn't able to for some reason? The fruitcake should be fired! (Seco & Copperhill)
