One of the best CrossFit gyms out there!!! The coaches are top-notch and go above and beyond to help you master any movement. Large facility and is well kept. Great community!

Was Looking for a CF gym after a long pause from exercise. After visiting three other gyms in my city, I can accesos SCV and was welcomed to a class. Nervously I attended not knowing what to expect. Remember, I had not exercised really for like 6-7 years (and I have a complete gym in my garage). Needless to say, I was welcomed and everyone was friendly. The coach made sure I scaled accordingly and the workout brought back that energy to move again! After a couple of drop ins, I joined. I loved the large diversity in age, ability, and experience. The owner is kind, funny and really understand the function of movement. All the coaches I have attended a class with, are knowledgeable, attentive and so welcoming!! If you're looking for a new gym, try SCV. You may be surprised.

I've been a member here for about 2.5 years and absolutely love it. The owners, Curtis and Christy, are some of the nicest and thoughtful people you'll ever meet.I originally joined after the initial recovery from a double hip injury and being completely down on my confidence. Curtis and Christy immediately reached out via email to ask about my current capabilities and limitations with my hips. During my first week, they made it a point to provide an extra level of coaching to modify or substitute certain movements to my ability and adjust the intensity to something my body could handle.This program continued for the first year I was a member -- lots of modifications and gradual strength and mobility building as my hips healed.Fast forward to now. I can back squat more than my bodyweight and have significantly better mobility overall. My hips are better and stronger than they ever were pre-injury.All of the coaches here are great. They're very conscientious of their members and want to make sure you're getting a good workout for the hour you're there.

Best gym! Hands down! Best coaches who actually take the time to teach you proper technique and make you feel comfortable. The entire staff is amazing! The members of this gym as welcoming, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable! Love this workout family!

Been going there for about (6) months now. Was physically active all my life, triathlon, marathon, Mu Thai, etc. Great workouts that constantly vary. If you have injuries there is no shame in scaling the WOD that best works for you. Very friendly and family like environment.

I am not athletic. I am the type of person who is happy watching tv or sitting on my phone for hours and I’m content. I have been going to CrossfitSCV for 2 years now. I am not buff, but I feel good. My body craves working out now. I’m not the strongest or the fastest, but in all of my time here I have been supported, coached, and made friends. I’ve always felt welcome. I went from not being able to do a good air squat to finally belong able to do a good squat with weights. I have been encouraged and pushed to find my workout ethic. My cardio is amazing. I don’t feel bad when I have to scale down and I am supported when I want to push harder then normal. I have not been hurt because the coaches will do everything in their power to minimize people getting hurt. I workout with my wife. We love doing this together. It’s out thing. I highly recommend crossfitscv. This isn’t as intense as the CrossFit games unless you want it to be, but it’s just the right amount of intense that you need for that day.

The training and facility is by far the best in scv. You won’t find this kind of coaching any were else! They take the time to explain every workout and make sure this is the best hour of your day. I couldn’t be happier
