Another great 5 starexperience at this COTTON ON location and all thanks and recognition to Grable! and Zach!for this wonderful visit! My daughter had to do a return, Zach began by helping us! He was so professional with a very smooth and subtle way to engage in a conversation How excellent the two are when working together! Team work at its finest! Both are very attentive to the customers needs! Very friendly and always with a smile! This positive response is directly related to the amazing customer skill set received today! They should call this company Attitude On! Because all the millenials who work there seem to hate their life and people. Walk into many bigger stores like Express, Abercrombie, Hollister etc and people there greet you and ask you if you need help. At Cotton On, if you ask for help they seem annoyed that you're talking to them and making them "work".
