Love Costco. Especially this location. I've been to all sorts of other locations within California and the vibe with the staff is HERE. I wish this location would bring some more of the other products I've seen in Woodland Hills or in the Valley but I hate going to those locations because they're always busy and the ambiance is like going to the zoo. Costco always has great stuff at a great price and value... you never know what treasures you will find for your household or in the food department! The only gripe I have about all Costcos are the products that are limited and don't come back.. Costco on Princessa always provides great customer service. The cart dudes helped me when I needed help loading heavy purchases into the back of my truck.. I've used their bakery, pharmacy and prescription eyeglasses departments. All great experiences.

We were passing through from San Diego heading back to NorCal. We normally will suck it and stop off the highway for gas and snacks. We decided to look for Costco and this one popped up. This Costco is smaller than the larger cities we're used to. However, we walked all around and found it very adequate. They offer all basic essentials needed to run a household. We walked all around and found our snacks and used the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean and I was thankful for that. We even picked up other essentials while we were here. Overall, we were happy with this Costco. What's not to love?!?! Costco offers bulk items for cheaper rates. Can you find some items cheaper? Of course! Especially on sale. When Costco has sales, that's hard to beat as well. We came in when it first opened. Within 30 minutes, this place was packed! Cashier lines were already forming. Thankful that the lines moved quickly! Overall, a nice pit stop for us! I'll be stopping here, again!

Went to Costco today and while I was about to use the self check out with my cousin, this woman who was wearing brown uggs and a brown scarf around her ponytail felt the need to approach us and we nicely told her that we didn't need help so she grabbed the scanner and started scanning our items and she was implying that we were trying to steal our items which is racist. Meanwhile there were other people with bigger items at self check out and she was too busy making sure me and my cousin weren't stealing.

It's tough to pin point one person after a visit to a location but the experience with a Costco staff member was quiet negative, hence the review. Franky N was the cashier that rung our order up. He was abrasive in how he spoke about having a certain number of items left in the cart. Did not know that was part of the policies in place. I also didn't know using the same membership card twice was a policy violation. Bummed to be spoken down to and degraded for things I was not aware of. Educating members of policies or policy changes is one thing but reprimanding customers is a different story.

I've been coming to this Santa Clarita Costco for over 15 years & have regularly experienced great service. However, today I felt disrespected. The cashier, Franky N., rang everything up & then he said, "Let me tell you guys something. Two things you need to know. Next time you can't leave more than 5 items in the cart when ringing things up & you can't use the same membership to pay twice. I did you a big favor by doing that." It was in a very reprimanding tone. I had asked for a separate receipt for 4 items for which I was going to be reimbursed from work. The cashiers have always helped me with that in the past & my understanding was that it's only if you use a different card or have someone else pay, so I was confused; it's also the first time I've heard anything about being allowed to have only 5 items on the cart. Sometimes cashiers ask us to leave things in the cart. We always try to leave the heavy items in the cart in the direction it's easy to scan. The two men in front of us used the same membership to ring items up separately & Frank didn't say anything to them. It's discriminatory. I don't appreciate coming to Costco to spend hundreds of dollars & then be disrespected. And if you have a new 5-item policy, it would help to have it in writing somewhere visible so it's clear.

I have no issues with the pharmacy itself. The prices and staff are great. I do wish they were open on Sunday’s. I was recently diagnosed with Covid on a Sunday and my doctor called in my prescription like always. When I didn’t hear from them for pick up, I called and got the recording that they were closed on Sundays. I really needed this medication. I was so sick. But, I had to wait until Monday to go get it.

I think this location does a great job and I have nothing but appreciation for the folks who keep it running smoothly. One quibble is that the return line goes super slow. Part of that is because Costco has a terrible system for returning things bought online. But another is just a lack of efficiency. I compare it to the Amazon return counter within Kohl's and you can just see the difference in energy. But overall, I really like and appreciate this Costco location!

Love Costco. They take great care of their employees. Return policy is one of the best out there for retail. I worked for the company 20 years ago, it's always the first place I look when I need to make a large purchase.Only disappointment is they don't offer grocery pick up. Sam's club does, so we'll often buy milk and other household essentials there (we wait in the car with the kids).
