Amazing experience all around! I came here late 2019 to get my oil changed; Zarik was so kind, and explained the whole process including breaking down all the charges. He's completely transparent about what needs to be done, feasible timeframes, and pricing. I desperately needed new tires and even though I could have ordered them through Zway, Zarik told me his pricing wouldn't be able to compete with other tire stores. Most places will take any opportunity to sell you on a service, but Zarik's honesty separates him from all the car servicing shops I've been to. For that reason, I'm now a repeat customer. If you're looking for someone to service your car, stop by Zway first- you won't regret it.

ZWay did a great job doing a Bavsound stereo upgrade on my 2-series BMW. I chose ZWay because they are an authorized Bavsound dealer/installer, and it was worth the drive from Santa Barbara. Zarik was great, answered all my questions, did the work on time per agreement (on a brutally hot day in Valencia) and finished right on time. My BMW interior looks like it was never touched due to ZWay high quality workmanship and I'm lovin' the better quality audio sound. Without hesitation I recommend Zarik and ZWay!

I have been bringing my car here for a few years, and have been very satisfied. Nick & Kai are great, and beyond honest. This week I came in for routine maintenance, and mentioned that I had a problem last week with my A/C, and asked him to check to make sure everything was ok. When my car was ready, he said everything was fine, and since the problem only happened once, it probably wouldn't happen again. I was so impressed that he didn't try to sell me a big A/C repair. When I mentioned to Kai that I didn't have a ride home, she took me herself! And came to get me when my car was ready. That is the kind of service that is so rare these days. Good honest auto mechanics are hard to find, and I'm glad I found one. Thank you Nick & Kai !!

Even though I do not live in the area, I bring my car to Reliable when I am visiting friends and family nearby. Several of my family members have been customers for years. Appointments are available, and they are good about finishing work in a timely manner, too. When I was searching for a newer used car, I brought my choice into Reliable for inspection, and Nick saved me lots of trouble by pointing out a few critical items that needed repair before purchase. Recently, after getting a routine oil change at Marina Del Rey Toyota, I brought the car into Reliable for brake inspection. Reliable confirmed my suspicions about the dealer's outright lie about the condition of my brake-pads. It is a great blessing to have an honest and skilled mechanic. Thanks, Reliable ! I will go out of my way to bring my car here.

Simply the best. Raffi the owner is very honest, friendly and does a great job. I drive from Los Angeles for any on my car troubles and it is worth it. I recommend this shop if you are looking for a great and honest mechanic.

Zarik is legit! He is truly a mechanic you can trust! I have an 06 Nissan Frontier that has been very troublesome and he has always been helpful and honest. I have had a couple of repairs done here and he is quick and has never given me the run around. One time I brought my truck in because my battery cable kept coming off and I couldn't tighten it. He took the time to fix it and there was no charge. I can't speak highly enough about Zarik. The things he's fixed (belts and hoses) have had zero issues. Do yourself a favor and go to Z Way where Zarik will be honest and affordable and timely. So thankful to have a great mechanic I can refer people to which I'm constantly am telling friends and family about.

Excellent shop with a very very honest mechanic's! I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your vehicle. The brake light signal went on and i took the car for diagnostics and repair. Ive been told tgat need to replace a lot of details with the total cgarge of 733$. So then after googling ive replaced the brakw light bulb and the warning light turned off. Buy the way the cost of the car by itself is 2500$.
