“Forever 21 has great items to choose from. Lots of sales as well. The employees are friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it feels very cluttered. The racks are packed were you can't slide hangers to pull clothing items out and hang them back without having a struggle.”

“Went in with ny husband and it was empty. They had a lot of employees, but everyone was working, no one was standing around and/or gossiping and we were greeted several times by different people. In no way did they ignore, mistreat, or make us feel uncomfortable. We are part Hawaiian and very mixed with pretty much every race-- so not sure why there are reviews from people saying they are racist... we felt welcomed so idk. Maybe things have changed?Lots of good brands and prices are comparable to department stores and brand websites. Good place to go imho.”
“Although the fitting rooms were closed, the workers allow you to try on some of the clothes over and let you return if they do not fit at home. The workers are very nice and helpful and the prices are amazing. I really like how the store is more organized than before. 100% recommend!!!”
