If I can give NO STARS I would! Their customer service SUCKS they are NO HELP! I had a simple question and all they did was send to me 4/5 different people that half the time I couldn’t understand! I called the branch which was no help either!!! Can someone direct me to a bank that actually listens and helps!!! Don’t bank with citi bank and I been with them for years and there always threatening me with closing my account well I guess I’ll just leave! Thanks for nothing but headaches!

They screwed me up $3000 over wire transfer,when I explained to the manager what's happened, He told me it is what it is.this is what you get after covid in my opinion he is the problem, No Costumer service .they are there to take your money not to help you. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ ,,,I closed my saving account and went to Logix - Golden Valley Branch better rates and 5 STAR customer .

There is no wonder why this branch is "Unclaimed"customer service is the worse and I've nothing but bad experiences with this bank will be closing account ASAP. This bank in general and definitely this bank branch specifically works with collections agencies. DO NOT bank with CITI Bank find a Credit Union.

Complete garbage of a company. Can't believe the government would do business with this company. Went tdy a few months ago and had to call and get card to work. Just traveled 1800 miles and card only worked twice. So much for being able to USE what was mandatory for us to use... then spent over a hour on hold for a very disrespectful lady to tell me it was all MY FAULT that the card wasn't working. She couldn't of course explain WHY it worked the 2xs it did(of dozens of tries) she just got very rude and insulting and said she'd disconnect the call if I asked any more questions. What a joke. Glad none of my personal cards are with/affiliated with this disaster of an organization.

This review is for their phone and online customer service. Simply put, the absolute worst customer service in the banking industry. Their phone support is farmed out to the Philippines, most reps have zero knowledge of banking and you can tell they are reading from a script, plus their accent is so heavy it's difficult to understand them. Today, I spent nearly an hour on hold to dispute a charge, no one ever answered. I've had it with this horrible company, we'll be moving our accounts to a different bank.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t answer the phone and say they’re busy but clearly they aren’t because I walked in to just simply add my husband to my savings account an hour before they closed and she said no I can’t make an appointment today. I wish I remember her name but she is the third desk. The lady at the second desk from the entrance is always sweet. This lady has a rude attitude and didn’t want to help.
