I have a gold credit card with Citibank. I went in-person to make a cash payment for $80 and they refused it!! All because I don't have a checking or savings account with them. What kind of freaking bank doesn't take cash?? B of A branches accept cash payments for their credit cards without the need to have a checking or savings! We have to push back on this corporate ridiculousness. Citibank... I'll be closing this account soon. No wonder why you have such low ratings.

As a baby-boomer I've head my funds in many banks over the course of my life yet this Citibank branch has been the only one that treats me like a neighbor. Even if it's a popular time for customers, there are sufficient staff to handle crowds and the wait time is brief. The staff ALWAYS is friendly and even with those testy lines, takes the time to explain any complicated transactions.

Worst experience ever ! I'm an existing citi customer went to open a new account at 1:35pm the branch working hours till 2:00pm and Emily C Peraza Was like I can't ask the our staff to work over time !!What a bad customer experience !!!

I came today 12/27/22 and Jessica helped me out with a fast wire transfer. She had the best customer service and did an amazing job. She definitely knew what she was doing when she was helping me out so thank you Jessica. (If you read this) :)

Nothing against any location you are just not smart if you bank with Citi or any major bank for that matter. Go Credit Union if you want to step up your financial intelligence and it can be any Credit Union you don't have to know anyone like back in the day let's put these thieves out of business. Buy BTC it's the perfect time to buy.

Citibank as a whole is so incompetent. If I could give them no stars I would. The best thing that citibank does is transfer you to a foreign country and give you advice that is not correct. This place is ridiculous. I would not recommend citibank to anyone. They are so full of $h*t. If you have to deal with fraud or anything they just send you on a wild goose chase and give you the run around. This place is making it so easy for me to switch to my other bank full time. Useless

Had nothing but nightmares with this business online with customer service and at the bank itself every roadblock possible has happened to me keep getting the runaround they froze my account for no reason don't trust this bank or do business with them you're better off getting messed over by Wells Fargo as they are pretty horrible too.

My wife and I were closing on our first home together and realized we needed to prepare a money wire that had a very fast approaching deadline. We were greeted warmly and realized that our goal was going to be met in very capable hands. There was a technical glitch that delayed the process. But this staff was determined to solve our problem despite our time constraint. Because of this glitch, a coordinated effort by 5 staff members placed their eyes and brains on our problem. At one point, 3 team members were monitoring our account while another member was on the phone with Citibank technical support. Throughout the whole process, everyone maintained a cheerful attitude and patience. Sahim, Victor and Jessica were 3 of the integral members that helped us get this done. I apologize for not remembering 1 other person and the bank manager's name who were also so nice to help and allow us to take their extra time and extra attention. I really wish there was a way I could reward this staff for making this process as comfortable as it was. They are heroes to me and my wife and aided in making the purchase of our first home go more smoothly.

Still horrible service. Never call you back when they say they will. Calling on the automative system is horrible. Always on hold for 20+ minutes before I reach one person. NEVER USE CITIBANK EVER!!!!

Wow. I wish we could give negative or zero stars. Stay away!! Seriously. I opened a new account online and they didn't send my cards, then they kept saying my documents weren't received. No one at the branch would help. I went there three times. They sent me back online. I called the customer service line only for them to say the same thing over and over. We submitted all our documents and for weeks they say it's still under review or not received!!! Finally I requested to just close my account and give me back my money and the rep said they can't do that! Isn't this illegal? They're keeping MY money with no access. I've had an account with almost every major bank and have NEVER experienced anything like this.

Went there today to get a cashier's check after recently having money wired into my account. Went through verification, including a call from Citibank to make sure I was who I said I was. The person on the phone told me the bank was given permission to cut me the check. Pat, who seemed to be the main teller, refused. I called again and the agent said the notes on the account show that the teller was directed to cut me the check and that the money was indeed in my account and authorized and that I had every right to it and that the branch could not refuse to provide me with my money. I went back in and Pat again refused because the wire office was closed. I will be going to a different branch tomorrow morning and closing my entire Citibank account due to this incident. I have never been treated this way by a banking institution before and absolutely will not do business with Citibank in the future.

They don't even deserve one star. Citibank is the worst bank, this location is the worst. Horrible customer service. They don't care about you or your money. If you have been defrauded, forget about it, they will tell you it is your fault and not help you at all. I have not figured out what kind of customer they are trying to have here. I had both business and personal accounts with large balances, and they still could care less about me. Save yourself the aggravation and bank elsewhere. I have moved to CNB and they have been so amazing. They treat you like you are their only customer. Bank anywhere else but Citibank.
