Stopped in here cause i needed gas but was having trouble with my card and Ross was extremely helpful and patient with me and all my troubles till we got my card working! Thank you Ross, you rock!!

I'm giving this circle K a 1 star review because I went in for 2 cups of ice. The cashier told me it's 1.41 per cup and that I needed to look at the sgin. The sgin said the XL was 1.29 with soda. I will never go to this Cricle K again. And I told him he was a liar and a rip-off.

Horrible horrible service the pumps rarely work for card payments. This leads to going inside where the Rudest attendants work. I’ve gone in paid for my gas only to go outside to pump my gas and the pump doesn’t work. Each time the attendant on duty refused to ameliorate the situation by changing the pumps or giving me money back. Circle K has held on to my funds over week. Insisting that I was never charged. This last time the attendant accused me of canceling the transaction knowing full well the pump didn’t work. I’ll see them in court. This gas station needs to close so that a reputable gas station can take its place for our community.

Store claims to not sell alcohol by 9pm "cause they can" and also is rude to customers when they ask around any time past.

We love this location, we did the sip n save subscription and when it wasn't working probably we were able to contact customer service during business hours and resolve. Workers never grew frustrated or short with us while we tried to resolve.

Was there for a few minutes getting fuel, checking air in my tires, getting a couple fountain drinks and a small bag of ice. Odd that the only time the worker here popped their head outside was just after I got the bag of ice out of the machine making sure I took a small and not a larger bag. I get it can’t have people stealing an extra three pounds of frozen water but try making it a little less obvious next time.

Very close to my house, but I stopped going here a few months ago when the pump wouldn't give me my receipt, and when I complained to the clerk, he said I shouldn't get my gas here. I went here today, and the pump wouldn't give me a receipt again, but there was nobody in the store and the doors were locked! Another problem with this gas station is poor or no maintenance. Pump today and frequently stop pumping after a couple gallons. So you have to stand there with your hand on the pump trigger when you'd like to wash your windows. Also, the squeegees here are chewed up and don't work well. I'm going to boycott this gas station for the rest of 2022.

Horrible, horrible service!! I have had issues with this place before but it's so close to my house it's hard not to go there but today bit the dust. I went to get gas and 3 times my card was declined at the pump. I just said screw it went to Ralphs got what I needed and went back to try again. Again my card was declined. Went inside to see what the deal was, the clerk rudely ask what pump I was on. I said I don't know because there are no numbers indicating which pump I was at. AGAIN!!!! My card was declined. The clerk was very rude and I left feeling the eyes upon me as if I was some deadbeat. Went to 7-11...everything worked great. Screw this place. Last time I will go there no matter how convenient.

Circle K. Be aware that Circle K, 27706 McBean Pkwy, Santa Clarita · (661) 297-2893 is practicing deceptive credit card charging. I charged $45 for my gasoline on my credit card. However, after my gas tank was full, I should have been charged $31.50. However, when I checked my credit card charges the next day for Circle K, I was charged $45 for $31.50 worth of gas. That is a $13.50 overcharge. When I reported this to the manager, she just looked at me and said it shouldn't have happened, but did not give me back the overcharge. Apparently, honesty is not their policy. So be very aware. And, don't trust them. This has now happened to me twice. But, will not happen again

I purchased a gift card on thanksgiving and the worker accidentally forgot to load it. I came back and Erick the shift lead/manager was very helpful in helping me to track my transaction down and get the issue handled. Thank you guys

The Cashier is THE BEST. She always greets me with a smile and a warm welcome. As a Retail Manager I notice and appreciate great customer service!!!
