The rudeness of the cashier this morning seemed to compete with the lack of products as to why this is the worst Circle K I’ve been to in a while (no Froster machine). It’s worth it to drive anywhere else if you need coffee, a snack, or really, ANYTHING.

Awful, I went in there and found out that someone named Dora worked there. Last time I will go there ever!

This place is the worst. They do not value their customers at all. Put over $50 in GAS went in to buy a few items and fill my cup with Ice for the drink I purchased FROM them. I noticed it was more expensive then it should be and asked why. The lady RUDELY states WE charge for ice. Unfortunately I had already poured my drink into my cup or I would have dumped the ice and walked out. I put gas here 3 to 4 times a week and have been for years. I drive for a living and try to keepa routine and now I will add a different station to my route. They just lost a customer for life over the managements need to nickle and dime their customers.

Went there before my job started, bought coffee and some snacks. I was sitting in my car drinking my coffee and eating when the attendant came outside and told me to leave. He pointed to a no loitering sign. By definition "loitering- stand or wait around idly or without apparent purpose." I had spent money, was sitting in my car sipping my hot coffee before I got on the road, and told to leave. Some people are just mad they have to work.

I represent 76 for their marketing and Promotions. I visited this 76 Circle K Mini Mart and could not believe the customer service I got as a customer.

Whoops.. less gas in the tank than anticipated. Clean restroom and they have Lenny's vegan protein cookies which saved me from having to do an additional pit stop in lost hills or Paso Robles.

This is a great stop right off the I-5 freeway to grab some coffee or refuel before beginning your journey north, or completing the drive down to southern CA. Our last trip home after an amazing weekend with my boyfriend in SoCal back in November included a stop here (at that time it was Sinaco Oil 6). We bought gas, 2 Starbucks Frap Mochas, pumpkin seeds and beef jerky. (About $20 for all the drinks/snacks.) Everything you need for a 6-hr. journey with your best friend!

We always stop here for gas and snacks, NOT to use the restroom!! Easy on and off of the freeway and right next door to the Wendy's where I usually use the restroom. Gas pumps are usually clean and they are huge so I don't feel like I'm ever going to drive into cars or people (I'm not the best driver). Anyways, long trips, gas, and Wendy's go hand in hand, so make a stop if that's what you need!

Just came in they were out of 87 octane because Yasmin failed to tell all 5 ppl at pumps they were out and we pumped $2.00 of whatever came out of the 87 We hope it was gas ! She issues a supposed refund recharges me now Im showing $60.00 in bank charges for $30 in gas. She says no worries it will show as a credit right away. I check bank and its not a credit I talk to management and she tells me to call bank. Thanks for the unpleasant visit!!

Have traveled on road trips all over the country and have never been treated as stingily as here. Filled up with gas and then went inside to get some ice, (Wow the reviewer who said ice N*** was absolutely correct). Was stopped mid fill up of MY OWN CUP with ice and told I had to pay $0.75-I was confused as I have literally never heard of or seen this at any gas station. Is this typical? Also told if I did not pay they wanted me to give them my cup to dump it out. Senseless and silly. What is the customer service or even common courtesy in this world coming to?

I came in with my son to fill my own cup with ice, when the CSR Adina, told me it would be 75cents I didn't fill it and decided to leave. She accused me of filling my cup and told me to pay. As an employee of circle k myself I have never encountered such a rude employee, who after I assured her I had not filled it continued to assume I stole. In front of my son I felt belittled. This is not the type of customer service I expected coming to a fellow circle k in another state. I hope she gets proper training on how to speak with customers. Also, I will recommend my family who I am visiting to never come to this store with the chance of having the same encounter. "Adina" who was the CSR refused to give me the store number, hopefully she reads this and learns from it. That is why I decided to write this review. Good luck circle k.
