They NEVER charge me full price for a cup of ice. The older dark short guy says "we charge by the cup" like bro u take your job way too serious. This is why your store has bad reviews. The employee makes the experience in the store a bad one

Don't try cashing your scratchers here they won't do it even tho they sell them. Also the drinks are always out and the pumps are out of order more often then an other gas station

As a local resident who lives just a mile away, I have been pumping gas at this station every week or so for years. Today, however, I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier at the front.I pulled into a stall and removed all the plugs from my tires in preparation to pump air. I then went inside to pay for the air, but the cashier refused to give me a token unless I first put gas in my car. I tried to reason with her that I was already prepared to pump air and that I would be putting gas in my car next, but she refused to budge.I was very disappointed with the cashier's attitude and lack of customer service. I am a loyal customer of this station, and I have never had a problem before. I find it unacceptable that the cashier would refuse to provide me with such a basic service, especially since I was already prepared to pay for it.In addition, I believe that the cashier's actions may be illegal under California law. California law requires gas stations to provide free air and water to customers who purchase gasoline or diesel fuel. Even though I had not yet put gas in my car, I was still a customer of the station and was entitled to free air. In the end, I did go back and pump gas but not the full tank as I had intended.I will not be returning to this gas station again. I urge other local residents to do the same. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area that will provide you with free air and better customer service.Terrible service!

I stopped in at this location on my way home to Sacramento. We (me and husband) spent about hundred dollars between buying gas, a few snacks and polar pop fountain sodas. Went outside to put my things in the car and while waiting for my gas to pump, I took a sip of my soda and realized it tasted super off - It was flat and had a weird grainy texture. So I figured nice I can probably go ask to change it out before we leave. So I go back inside and ask if I can please dump the soda and get a different one. The guy behind the counter said yeah but I'll charge you for another one.. I was like but I didn't even drink the soda just barely had a sip?! He said well let me go check if something is wrong with the machine and if nothing is wrong then I have to charge you. At this point I'm annoyed because what I thought would be a simple fix turned into unnecessary drama, but I wait for him to go check it and he says well it's working fine. I tell him I understand but it tastes really weird And he doesn't even respond to that he just shrugs his shoulders. This man was treating me as if I was trying to rip him off for another soda after I just gave him business by purchasing my gas and snacks from him. I could not believe what a big scene was made over changing out my freaking polar pop you guys. That is ridiculous. I will never stop here again.

Agree with the negative comments here. They looked me and thought I was homeless so they denied me access to use the bathroom when asked. Then they chased me and my service dog away and told me to get out of here. Time for a class action lawsuit!

The first-time time with rude customer service I thought was just a fluke, but the second time different person, but still rude. I'm writing this not to derail the business but to hopefully get through to the business owners to have some humility and train, train, train. Be courteous, patient, and kind. It's not that hard.

I patronize this location at least twice a week. I asked to use the air pump and they told me I needed to pay $1.50 to put air in my tire. Whatever happened to good customer service? I guess Air isn’t free anymore but good customer service should be. Lost a loyal customer.

Circle K. Be aware that Circle K, 27706 McBean Pkwy, Santa Clarita · (661) 297-2893 is practicing deceptive credit card charging. I charged $45 for my gasoline on my credit card. However, after my gas tank was full, I should have been charged $31.50. However, when I checked my credit card charges the next day for Circle K, I was charged $45 for $31.50 worth of gas. That is a $13.50 overcharge. When I reported this to the manager, she just looked at me and said it shouldn't have happened, but did not give me back the overcharge. Apparently, honesty is not their policy. So be very aware. And, don't trust them. This has now happened to me twice. But, will not happen again.

First visit today at new Circle K. The place is spacious and also have a 24 hours self car wash. The place is clean inside and outside. I loved how much space you have between the gas pumps. Even though I did not fill gas I found the prices reasonable. I went in for Icee and it was delicious. Staff inside was also very nice. Lots of parking spots for store if you are not filling gas.
