The chase in Valencia is ran by a bunch of rude tellers. They're very unprofessional. Do very shady things. I went to deposit money for my daughter. Because I wasn't my daughter. They closed all of her accounts. Now she has no access to her money for 10-15 business days. How ridiculous. I definitely don't recommend going there. Zero stars

This is the worst chase bank in Santa Clarita I had an issue with a cashiers check that I made out and they were giving me different and incorrect information about how to resolve it and when they kept asking the manager in charge he kept shrugging his shoulders I came in 4 days in a row for assistance on my lunch break with the same issue and was not getting anywhere. They made me an appointment to see a notary for the next day along with whoever the lady is with the desk. I came in the next day only to be told she didn’t come in, and I would need to come in again a different day. They don’t value my time. I stopped coming here because everyone needs training or to be replaced. In addition the hours are terrible I work the hours the branch is open. I have to waste an entire lunch break and more for an awful visit with employees that don’t value my time.

The worst. Dont waste your time. You will sit there forever before someone helps you. You are treated like an inconvenience when they are holding your money. I went it to change my name to my married name which was easier to do at the DMV The worst chase ever

Kudos and a shout out to Linda Shahbazian who helped me nightmare scenarios on my credit card and debit card and app. I was blocked from using all three because of some erroneous security flagging by Chase. Draconian measures to be sure and left me without any cash access nor the ability to remedy the situation online.I would give the online and phone experience low ratings, but because of Linda's patient and competent handling of the situations including helping to set up the app I was back on the road again. Thanks again!

I had an appointment to set up a new account and they stated it "wasn't on their calendar". I showed them the email confirmation and gave them the duces, my time is valuable and chase clearly didn't care about it. Off to logix I go.

This bank is awful go to logix. They closed our business account on an address technicality. We had covid. So then they close our account and issue a check to the business were we suppose to cash it fking idiots. We're pulling our money go to Logix.

Try get your money out of bank, good luckI spent 40 minutes arguing with them it started off very easy I wanted to take my savings and put it into a check well I had drivers license I had secondary id ihad a copy of my passport saying all the personal information they needed they wanted to send a code to my phone for some reason it would not go but I was unable to withdraw my money phone code would not come they don't ask you for a code when you put in your money Melissa was the one taking care of me she can help me the manager was a reasonable have a we have our policies I could've given him mothers maiden name any other ID or a question about any of three accounts but that wasn't good enough this all happened on July 20 at 4 PM so if you need your money in a hurry I do a test run

The lack of competence is astonishing! If the tellers are the first to represent the company then oh my! ..what is going on behind them? I don't want to know. This Truly is the last straw after a series of events of incompetent "professionals" Come on guys... it's not that hard. You're not even Trying! Take the money. Count it. Deposit it.

If I could give them a negavitve Star I totally would. The teller Melissa Ayala was very rude she didn't know how to help me with my problem said she knew only what I knew which is very odd she needs to go back to her training! at any other bank they would be able to help me with a simple question. Very very bad customer service! Chase is a great bank I have been banking with them for 8 yrs. and she just does not represent them very well.
