Terrible experience with Trista very selfish and did not help with anything ultimately a d passively almost screwed up one of my accounts. Someone else in another branch was completely helpful. Consider that you are supposed to trust your money with an advisor, no way with this one. Immature, Avoid!

In and out very quick service. Friendly tellers that are not trying to constantly cross sell other products.

Very friendly service. Doesn’t take forever to do a simple transaction, unlike the Branch on Bouquet and Newhall. Don’t go there unless you like to waste time!

Held a Business Check for 10 days even though the other bank released it same day. Total Hassle. Didn't help one bit.

I made an appointment to speak to the banker at noon because chase started charging me fees they had not charged before. Noon came and went. No call, no email. At 5:30 when I was at work I get a call. The voicemail had no explanation, no apology just “if you still need help call me.” Of course I need help, you never called to address my problem. Chase can say goodbye to my business, after 20 plus years.

Customers beware! Someone in a southern state filled out a blank withdrawal slip in a Chase branch bank, and with a teller's assistance took all of our money out of our checking and savings accounts. Thousands of dollars! We are on day 7 of talking to customer service representatives and their fraud department but have had NO action to return our funds. The bank has a copy of both sides of the fake withdrawal slip and has sent that to us. But still NO ACTION! We have been honest Chase customers for years but have every intention of leaving Chase if this issue is not resolved. Our automatic payments are now bouncing, thanks to them! Beware!

Had a great experience with Steve. We made an appt with him and he called us to confirm. We got there and he was with another client but still got to us at our scheduled time. He was patient, kind and explained everything to us step by step. We had tried every single bank in the Antelope Valley area with no luck. This was the only bank that had open appts. It was definitely worth the drive.

I was there the other day to deposit cash. There was a woman there who's mother had died and she was trying to submit papers to access her account. The behavior of THE ENTIRE staff was unprofessional and heartless. One blonde woman was so wrapped up in declaring to everyone in the branch that it was her last day on the job, the dark haired woman who sat at the cubicle was taking personal calls and scrolling the internet, while they made the woman wait. This woman was polite (despite their rudeness) and simply needed guidance. The staff's behavior was inexcusable. I will not be using this branch EVER again. It gave me a moment of pause to consider if I want to use Chase anymore at all. Shameful.

The drive through machine is nasty. It’s evident that no one is taking care of it, specially with this pandemic.Someone spits on it, and it looks like is there for days.

I hate doing this, but I'm going to have to agree with the other reviews that the Chase on Newhall Ranch Rd. deserves a 1 star rating. The customer service here is very unprofessional and it is probably due to the leadership at this branch. The manager, a blond woman in her 50's/60's, should not be in the business of customer service. I waited for an hour for help (no joke) and rather than figuring out how she could help me find one of their products to meet my needs, she made sure I would never do business with Chase again. On the bright side, I'm glad I learned this now instead of waiting until after I opened the account.

I had several bad experiences here. The final one was having an appointment with a banker, showing up on time, being told he was with a client, and then sitting 10 feet away listening to him talk on the phone with his wife about paint colors. I gave it 20 minutes and left, not going back. We moved our accounts to WF and it's been better.
