I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the Santa Clarita Gerber Collision & Glass location. Natalie & Bradley were professional & knowledge & took care of my vehicle repairs in a timely fashion keeping me updated along the way. I highly recommend this company at this location.

Very professional and informative. I appreciate their kindness and great work ethics on my vehicles. I've already taken 2 of my cars for repairs due to accidents. As well as recommended a family friend to Gerber Collision. They took care of them and did not disappoint. They went even further by coordinating with the rental company to pick up the client from their shop and take them over to pick up their rental, which was covered through other parties' insurance. GREAT SERVICE, you won't regret it.

Yes, they've done a good job on our vehicles in the past, but I hope you don't need your vehicle towed to their repair facility because they don't allow that. So, they will only give you an estimate if you can drive your vehicle to their center. It doesn't matter if your vehicle has been in an accident, isn't drivable and needs to be repaired. You'll have to take it somewhere else.

Geico sent me here. While my car was there, the shop filled in a preexisting scratch without my permission. I already had an order to have the scratch filled in by the dealership at which I purchased the car. Gerber didn't even match the color properly, and it drives me wild having to see it every time I go to my car. Fixing the paint mismatch now involves sanding down the entire area and respraying, which costs much much much more than the gas I would've used to have the initial scratch filled at the dealership for free. The front desk said it was a "courtesy" and was baffled I was upset, but then the head mechanic denied it shortly after. Mama mia. Stay away, even if Geico sends you here.

Beware of the the little details. Picked up my car everything looks good until I noticed the small details like my hood rod.it was never replace it was bent during the accident. A metal brace that was suppose to hold a hose was welded up side down. Manager also gave me the run around telling me they ordered the wrong parts and suddenly tells me they have the parts. Inspect your car before leaving. I hope this post was helpful.

Dropped off my car in the end of March got it fixed by the mid of April. Natalie & Stephanie J. helped me with my car and the whole entire process which took awhile to get all the parts correctly!!! Only took about a month but I'm super stoked, it looked even better than I bought it. ;) I'm not the type of person that complains a lot because I work in customer service also so I completely understand when it might take a little longer for all the parts to come in might not come in asap but I trust the process and they made me feel like I was family when I came in!!! It was my very first time coming there, I also gave to little gift bags to the lovely ladies that had helped me. Just a little, I appreciate y'all for everything!!!

This shop was on the recommended list from my insurance. While the area where the primary damage was done on the drivers side door looks ok. On closer inspection at home there are several issues that are very obvious.1. There was overspray that is visible when you open the door.2. There is a small paint blob (thick paint) near the front panel.3. The car returned dirty, white powered on brake and gas pedal.Shop appears to have little to no quality control. Good luck if you go to this shop.

Horrible! 3 offices, no time to inspect damage to my car. 2 1/2 weeks out. Time is money. Went to Caliber instead.

If this is the place that was called center point collision before I hope its under new management. it was one of the worst experiences I've had getting repairs done.. 10k in damage instead of buying new hood and fender they bondo the damage and with the horrible paint job no paint correction can be made. They told me 10 days took 3 weeks. The agent I was working with was a kook.Services: Auto glass replacement

They were too buisy and scheduled me for an aprasle 2 weeks out. I figured if it takes 2 weeks for an estimate it would take 2 minths to fix.The office looked nice, the entrance was confusing and super congested with cars waiting to be worked on.I ended up going somewhere else and they were actively working on my vehicle before my aprasle date at this place. LOL
