I have a Samsung phone which was working fine. Just had a Cracked screen. Took it to this place to have the screen replaced. The phone now is acting up. Turns off on its own and doesn’t restart. I have already gone back twice. There are so many phone repair stores in town. Definitely would not recommend this one.

Went to this store to get my ipad's screen fixed. Went home and just look at the pictures . Ipad sitting on the car got broken. Immediately went back and said he cant do anything about it.SAID "THAT'S WHY I OFFERED YOU SCREEN PROTECTOR" wth. Sadly, can't do anything bec I PAID CASH for a few dollar discount. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, selling VERY cheap products, i swear you'll regret it.

***NEW OWNERS!!!*** Here's my story, My screen cracked on my phone, apple wanted $250, these guys wanted way way less. So I went to these guys, and man am I impressed! They gave me the exact glass I needed on my phone as opposed to these other places giving a knock off, or not the correct one. The work was quick and easy. And they told me if I ever had an issue or questions I could always come back and they could look at my phone to verify my glass. Is still in good condition. To me, that is pretty damn good customer service. I've gone to this place before and have noticed it's under COMPLETELY NEW OWNERSHIP., Yes there is a few bad reviews, but those are not for this new owner at all. The customer service is immaculate!!! Give them a try, they are the guys you want to deal with.

I made the mistake of not reading yelp reviews before purchasing a phone cover here for my s9 for $27.38 ($10 to replace with receipt thereafter). After 2 weeks it started bubbling in the center and today it completely peeled off! We went straight to them today to have it replaced it but on our way out of the car my daughter accidentally hit it out of my husband's hand and it cracked the corner. The salesman/repairman rolled his eyes at least 3 times when we explained. Stating the phone was was clearly dropped and the cover must have been peeled off because it wouldn't happen on it's own. After arguing for about 5 min I was ready to walk away and tell him to shove it but my husband made him put a new cover on. The man still charged us the $10 replacement fee but made it a point to say he "trusts" us as he rolled his eyes a 4th time. I have never felt so disrespected. I give the product 0 stars and -5 stars for service. Stay away from Cellairis!

Walked into the Valencia mall to fix my son's cracked iPhone screen and found this spot right when we walked in! The guys were very nice and professional. They knew what they were doing and left my son's phone like new again! From getting different quotes from other places they priced match and gave me a great deal on other accessories too. I'm glad I stopped here and asked before going somewhere else😊 I was in & out within 15 mins. They are near the food court, right by Forever 21.
