Terrible. the two workers on Monday morning treated my family and I like we were stupid. Both workers gave lots of attitude and even rolled eyes. They were not helpful one slight bit. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of customer service. The two workers (one was an aisan man and one an african american lady) both need to grow up and learn how to treat people like humans. They are being PAID to do their job. I will be calling and speaking to the manager.

1st time visit on tax day cut off. Never waited last minute and wow one person working in the office. Needs better management if on the most busiest day they have one person. Management should be on the floor. Just horrible. Been here one 45mins and still nobody's moving : (

I love the staff at USPS, they are almost always so helpful. Going there to mail a letter or package has always been a great experience.

This place is completely short-staffed. The female employee is completely rude and must hate children. I'm getting a passport for my son, and OMG this woman was just unprofessional. I wouldn't come to this place but it's the closes passport location so what can I do?

The staff are miserable. Judging from their responses, I'm not surprised the experience was less than pleasant. How sad...

Today I applied for a passport for my two children. And I want to say that for 6 years of living in the USA, I haven't not met such a nice USPS employee as Mark. My wife and I are very very very grateful to him. Mark is a very kind, polite, respectful and patient. He politely answered to all our questions and constantly offered his help. We wholeheartedly wish Mark health and success. May God bless him and his family. Thank you very much, Mark

Jose.....Jose.....Jose!!!! Seems to be a running theme of horrible customer service from this guy....This man is one of the worst employees I've ever had to deal with anywhere. I came in because the package i had dropped off 3 days earlier apparently never got scanned into their system. Jose refused to input the tracking number i was providing him with into his computer. His answer without even looking up my tracking information was that there was nothing he could do amd that im just going to have to wait a few more days until an update is made available online...what is the point of tracking if they apparently dont scan all packages upon receiving them?. If you dont believe me, simply look through the other reviews for this location, and you will see his name appear over and over with all being negative interactions. This guy is the definition of burnout and needs to be reviewed by higher up management. Because of this guy, i will NEVER step foot into this branch and am willing to drive however far in hopes of never having to see his stinkface ever again!

I had to get some passports for my kids which means I had to go in person. All I have to say is that I think this post office and their staff with the passports is the best group of people I have ever worked with in all my time of getting a passport. Pre-covid as a kid I would wait hours with family at the federal location in the West Side of LA. Then when I got older I would wait hours at the Van Nuys location (but still friendly staff there from what I remember). But the Santa Clarita location beats all those memories with the speed, efficency, and great customer service. I chose the Santa Clarita office to get something out of the city. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait a few months to get an appointment day and time online. But if you can wait a bit the appointment time is well worth it. You don't have to drive through traffic to get into LA. There's plenty of parking at this location. And with an appointment time (I believe you must get one to go here) your wait time is minimal. Our wait was less than 5 minutes once we checked in. Our customer rep was Mark and he was excellent. He worked with me and my 3 kids to get their pictures and paperwork set up. Here's a tip: Do it online with the passport system and print out your paperwork and proof read it before going in for your appointment. Also remember to have copies of your birth certificates and driver's license (both sides). 1 copy per passport application. I recommend the USPS keep the system of appointments for the individual interaction with the customer service rep. Mark got us done with everything in 30 minutes or so and we were on our way. My wife said that was the best passport experience she ever had and I would agree. Thank you again Mark and the staff at the Santa Clarita passport office!

Before you come here. Make sure you have an appointment because they will not go out of their way to. Let you know that it's an appointment only place. You will stand around for a while before they. Let you know it's an appointment only locatissue and when you try to do and renewal online. It tells you you can't do it at that post office get it right
