Great amount of any car supplies, oil, electricity and accessories. I bought on sale so even more attractive prices. Very helpful attendant to help to find best spare part for your vehicle. Also some motorcycle batteries and something I didn't have at Europe, custom plate holders.

It is one of the smaller auto parts store in the SCV so the retail products selection is a little small, but they carry a great variety of items. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. My only grief is that most items don’t have price labels! That really needs to be updated, feel sorry constantly asking for price checks. Their pricing is about the same as others or just a tad better. They seem to be linked to Advance Auto Parts, same parent company.

Walked in to pickup oil filter I ordered for my diesel online. I walked in and there was 3 people at counter and 2 talking in back I could see. But I had to wait for one guy to be done with the other person which took around 15 minutes. Ridiculous !! What's the point of having all those employees there if everyone is useless. All someone had to do is hand me oil filter which was already waiting for me since I ordered online. It would have took 30 seconds at most but yet 5 personnel there and only one buddy helping a customer. Not one of the other employees there said" can I help you ?" The guy that helped was nice, so to him I give credit, but to the rest and management whet the hell ? These days were prices are so competitive between retailers you might want to step it up on your customer service, because I rather go somewhere else and pay a dollar or two and get better service and be out quick without wasting my valuable time and feeling ignored. Word to the wise.

Nobody properly did the clerical work when my part arrived at their store.I had to wait longer.Was told their system was malfunctioning and that my first payment wasn't recognized by their system while IT WAS RECOGNIZED BY THE BANK.Was told that I couldn't take my part without their system verifying.Was told it would work if I just PAY AGAIN.I requested a refund and was told by the employee who failed to perform the nessecary clerical work that they don't refund at all even though I hadn't even left the store with my part.They said that their system said that I returned the part for the first charge.I wanted my part and was told by the other guy who didn't seem to care that he was screwing everything up to just call my bank and stop payment.BANKS CHARGE FOR THAT.Both employees should be burger flippers.

Stood in line 20 minutes while 6 employees tried hard to avoid eye contact. One guy talking to his friends. Im not one to complain but 6 people cant give me 30 seconds to find a part?

This place provides terrible service. Their website sold me the wrong part, they told me it would fit my vehicle, and then it didn't fit. Ok. No worries--I was confused too about which part would fit. The messed up thing is that I still give them business and spend double the amount originally, am told the part will be there at 330 PM, and then when I drive there with my wife on a busy medical resident schedule, it take them 30 minutes to tell me the part didn't arrive. Instead of apologizing and offering a giftcard or something, they blame it on a third party service provider, when even if it was a third party who didn't deliver--they could have still let me know it hadn't arrived. No big deal. I can wait a day. I drove up there and wasted my time and then he wanted me to sit around and with my wife in the car, wait on an $11 refund. This business is terrible and that doesn't even count the grumpy old man who insults you as the customer and acts like he's better than you just because he knows more about auto parts.

Ordered an 86lb torque convertor online with a core charge. Website says I can take it to any advance/carquest store or pay to ship it back for core refund. Took it to the Santa Clarita store. Guy was too busy playing on his phone to help me. Another female employee tried helping me. I asked if I could return the core. She asked the guy playing on his phone and he said, no we can't take them. Check with Advance Auto Online. Contacted online, they said go to store. So now I'm stuck with an 86lb torque convertor that will cost me more to ship back on my own than the core fee. Thanks.
