ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAST MONEY! I have a one year old puppy and the doctor said we needed to do blood work because she was so was a pound or two too skinny. When they told me not to feed her the night and day of. At first it was $90 for blood work then when I paid it was $150 because it was extra for what my dog was getting. She ended up being fine but now her stitches look weird and has a little bump. They just want your money and don't care.

I wished I never took my dog here.... There are better vets out there. My dog died. Please take your dog to a better vet.... they also have poor comminication skills and time etiquette is very poor....

The ladies that care for the pets are very kind and sweet. They are very knowledgeable as veterinarians. They truly show compassion for the patients they have in their care. Only thing that really bothers is some people there that do the calls don't always coordinate with other staff and that can make things a little frustrating. Unfortunately I have seen that this establishment is currently being closed down. The ladies that care for the pets really did love their job.

All the staff was really nice and helpful. They kept me informed about my cat's health over the phone and provided medication for my pet. I recommend this place.

Disappointing. I've been taking my dog (15 lb terrier mix) here for years for nail trims, my dog has anxiety about going to the vet so we put a muzzle on each time. 2x they have neglected to cut his back curling nail and left it curling into itself, once while my dog was even on sedatives they prescribed. How do you miss all 4 feet of a dog? I won't be taking him back to fix it because 1. I've done that before and 2. My dog is already traumatized by their office. They see a scared dog and they get scared themselves.

I brought my dog in on tuesday and i had to wait outside due to an emergency coming in, which isnt an issue. The issue was they told me it would only be 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later i was late to pick up my son so they ended up rescheduling my appointment for thursday. They did offer my dog physical to be waved . And they still charged me for it . If you NEED your dog to be seen asap, i dont recommend coming to this place. I wont bring my dogs here again forsure .

I'm not sure where to begin...I will start with making the appointment for both my dogs. I asked if we could come in for teeth cleaning for one of my dogs, nail clipping and updated Bortadella shots for both dogs. I made the appointment with a woman named Betty. She was very friendly but seemed to be very busy. We made an appointment for a Tuesday for both dogs to come in for the nail clippings but said I'd have to wait to make an appointment for the teeth cleaning because they didn't have a November schedule yet for the Vets that do cleanings. I agreed. Next day I get a phone call from Betty. She apologized and said "We are not open on Tuesdays so I have to reschedule your appointment for Wednesday". This was kind of frustrating, because why make an appointment for Tuesday if your closed..but agreed for the Wednesday appointment. I brought my dogs at the scheduled time and asked if I should just wait or should I leave and come back? The tech who greeted my dogs and I said "Hold on, I'll check and call you to let you know." I'm outside waiting for a phone call, and wait and wait...I get frustrated after an hour and call them. Betty answered and said someone would be out to see me soon. In the meantime while I'm waiting, a different tech comes out and I'm hopeful she is going to tell me what's going on with my dogs. Nope. She went outside to meet her boyfriend from Jasper's Mechanics bringing her Oggi's pizza sticks, laughing and giggling...you get the pic. I call again to see where my dogs are. It's been an hour and a half at this point. Then the tech who was making out with her boyfriend comes out and gives me estimates for both my dogs. They did blood work, anal expression, Bortadella shots and nail clippings. $367.00 each. They also had a miscellaneous charge of $44.00 for shampoo because they said my dogs had dry AND oily skin, which I declined. Makeout Tech also said my poodle had a tooth abscess and needed that taken care of immediately. This was shock because I took him to a vet a few months earlier when he landed on his foot wrong and had a limp. That vet asked if he had just had his teeth cleaned because they were so nice for an 8 year old rescue dog. Now, 5 months later he has decaying teeth and an abscessed tooth. But, worried about my dog, I said okay, let's make an appointment for him ASAP. The tech goes back in and comes out with a new estimates for both dogs teeth to be cleaned and possible tooth extraction at $667 each. But they couldn't make an appointment until after the blood work came in. Two days later. Dr. Meyerhoff calls me and leaves an urgent voicemail about one dog having infected teeth and an issue with his kidney. I called back, worried about my dog, his infected teeth and kidney. She told me to come that day to get him on needed vitamins. I asked if I could just pay over the phone for the medication and she said "absolutely". I get back on with another tech who tells me, "no, we won't take payment over the phone, you have to come here with your card and pay for it." So I did. I also made an appointment at that time for my dog to have his teeth cleaned and for the tooth extraction and asked to get copies of all blood work and exam results for the last week I had taken my dogs in. Today, I dropped my dog off to have this done. A few hours later, I get a call from the Oggi 's pizza stick, makeout with her boyfriend girl saying he needs 5 teeth extracted. FIVE!!!! And that it would be $837.03. I was LIVID and it didn't even phase her. I told them to go ahead and do it and reminded her that I wanted all paperwork of blood tests and everything they had done from the week for both dogs and she said "I am taking care of it." I'm almost positive that if blood could boil, mine would have been at that point. I wasn't able to pick up my dog that night, but knew my Mom was able to so I wasn't worried. I knew he was in good hands. When they got to my place, I open

This new doctor at this vet invents that your dog needs an ear cleaning$ 60.00 They invent that your dog have itchy skin when your dog does not scratch and they tell you that they need to analyze the fur and they invent anything to charge you more! They force you to pay a $ 56 for check up just because you have to vaccinate your dog! They are cheeky! Please do not go Canyon Country Veterinary Hospital it's the worst service the the girls at the front desk thinks like they're doing you a favor they dont love pets, a sad and ugly experience for me... Do yourself a favor and look for another vet for your babies!

Took my dog for her monthly addisons shot, go to their sister vet had my file emailed over. When I booked my appointment I asked if they had the file. She searched through email found it even went over it with me. Day of appointment told them before taking my dog and supplying my own medicine which is $200 a bottle for 5ml. Told them the correct amount we have done blood test to get to this low dosage. They over drugged her and told me I was lying as they never had my file. They wasted over $80 dollars in medicine I now have to buy a new bottle before next month. I spent over 7k to bring my dog back to life, and to be mistreated and called a lier is unacceptable. They couldn’t even diagnose her to begin with kept Miss diagnosing her and spent 3k on that not including my 7k. Their a joke and don’t take responsibility for their actions.

Needed to make an appointment for my dog to get a refill on his meds. Which I have prescription for. But being that they are money hungry and they wanted to re charge me 55 for an exam even though he already had one. Why would I pay to have you exam him again for a refill? Not friendly. Don't recommend unless you want to spend a bunch of money you don't need too. Won't ever be coming back. Rude. Rude. Rude.

We've brought our dogs to Canyon Country Veterinary Hospital right before the coronavirus hit. They've made sure we had everything we needed for the past months especially with our female German shepherd pregnant. When she gave birth in April, Canyon Country Veterinary Hospital had someone over video m over over video call to check and congratulate us. It was a fine delivery, and all four of her pups were healthy. And do you the great thing about it? Canyon Country Veterinary Hospital still check ups on us every now and then

Canyon Country Veterinary Hospital is a great animal clinic. You'd know if you're a pet owner living in Canyon Country. Even the pet owner circles here know just how dependable the vet clinic is. That's why our entire family, our cousins, and their pets all go to Canyon Country Veterinary Hospital

This place needs to have a different system, because whatever it is they are doing its NOT WORKING!! Today was my second time going to this vet during this pandemic . The first visit was terrible! I was stuck there for 3 hours. Today was just as bad . Had a 10:30 appointment called at 10:20 to check in my dog. Waited 1hour before I had to approach one of the nurses to ask how much longer to get my dog seen. Waited another 45 mins. Before they come to sell you on medication you really don't need. When I refuse to get whatever more they are trying to sell me . They still charge the full amount after I said I didn't want it . She apologized says she would do a refund as bring right out. I waited 15 min. before I had to see what was going on . I asked is someone still working on my refund . The nurse at the desk say" oh it's been done here. "Waiting on the counter. This place has no sense of urgency when it comes to your time . Last time I ever come here. And I've been a long time patient.
