So I showed up and did t know that this was a "by appointment" only business. Well thankfully Lain met at the door and made an exception. She showed me several different mattresses with NO pressure or up-selling. I was in and out in less than an hour. I'm a small business owner myself and will always do business with other small businesses when I can, and the service and pricing I got from Boxdrop Matress is the reason why.If you're looking for quality, service & a stress free experience, you found it!

I found BoxDrop on Facebook. I spoke to Lain the owner and was so impressed on the phone we had to see her. We have a 10-year-old plus Tempurpedic Cal King . I tried to flip it 180 degrees to get more life out of it. Nope did not fix the bed We went to the BoxDrop showroom 3 times. Well, we are so excited to get our new mattress. Cal kings are not as popular as you would think. This time we are getting the premium hybrid bed. We like to support locally owned-businesses. I recommend you do the same.

Love Love Love Love !I had never bought a mattress for myself before! I expected it to be a daunting experience- Lain made it so simple and easy. She was patient (maybe far more than I would’ve been in her situation.)I had previously had a CAL king mattress. My intention was to walk in and purchase a new CAL king mattress.There was no pressure. She answered all my questions already I lay down on every mattress. I finally made a decision and started the process - I mentioned that I like a firm mattress and she stopped what she was doing and took out a whole new mattress for me to look at.I walked away with a split king mattress - LOL. Next I’ll be back to buy the base.Last night was my first sleep on my new mattress and I woke up rested and rejuvenated! A great mattress makes all the difference in the world. The cherry on top was a great buying experience

Bought our 4th mattress from here and let me tell you, super good deal, super nice owner, and unbelievably kind workers. Highly recommend. 2 weeks later and still loving our mattress more than others we have gotten before.

Admittedly, I've never purchased a mattress before. I don't know what I need and after lying on 3 mattresses they all feel the same. Concurrently, finding ads on FB or IG turn out ok maybe 40% of the time. So on both counts I was walking in guarded. Lain never pushed me to buy anything. In fact, she didn't even point out the super high end stuff to me. She had amazing patience with me and my million questions and my mix and match. She didn't force me to buy accessories. I'm so glad I went to visit Santa Clarita Box Drop !

I went in, tested out mattresses and had a new one at my house within the hour. Super sweet family business and AMAZING prices. This bed would be $1200 anywhere else. I slept like a baby last night and I no longer have to wake up with a sore back.

Lain was so helpful! My fiance and I went shopping for a new, supportive mattress and the prices here couldn't be beat. We found an awesome cooling mattress and they were even willing to store it for us while we waited for ou move-in date at our new apartment. Thanks so much everyone! We will definitely be coming to BoxDrop again should we need to.
