The woman at the boost Mobile who says she was the owner said she does not like dealing with people from the affordable connectivity program and tells boost Mobile she won't help them and refuse to help me and my daughter I am white my daughter is white and black The lady absolutely had a problem with us this is not okay and boost Mobile should not allow this

I came at 1pm and I was kicked out the door because the employee just went on break and had a sign saying be back at 2pm. So when I come back they just added a sticker saying be back at 3pm. Who let's there employees take a two hour break and lie to us about it when we first arrived?

If I could leave one star I would! The guy working had NO idea what he was doing. All we needed was an unlocked phone and he said their "system wouldn't work" basically he didn't know what he was doing ? then tried charging my mother $50!! Taking our phone service elsewhere.....try hiring some competent employees

Wouldn't help me switch over because the cut off is at 7:30pm and I walked into the empty store at 7:30pm. If it stated somewhere on there site to be there at 7:29pm I probably could have been a happy customer.

Great store! Great location! But really???The store on Lyons advertise a SIM card for $9.99 when I go ask the lady and she tells me $15.99 and then by the time I check out it's $24.99. Like what the hell is that from $10 to $25.Security,Can i get a hell no!! aha

I went the one in Newhall CA, to upgrade my phone today because I recently lost my phone and was having technical difficulties with the website to order my phone from. So I went to the nearest store that customer support directed me to. I went there and the purchase of the phone (I was going with the monthly plan) took about 30 min or so..But I want to say one thing. I was not aware of an activation fee that the girl I was working with didn't bother telling me about. It's $25 btw. It's not mandatory at Boost Mobile stores to have them activate it for a charge and a rep from boost mobile chimed in on one of the forums saying: "Keep in mind that most of our stores are independently owned and operated and might have their own sales policy. If you purchase a phone at www.boostmobile.com, you can activate it yourself and won't be charged for activation." Anyway I found this extra charge out by looking at my account balance after I bought the phone for only $25 (which I thought the price of the phone after fess and taxes and insurance - not bad!). So I see the actual phone fee for $21.63 (which I later find out was charged without her telling me during the time of purchase) and am thinking, "oh great another charge...what's going on??" So in short these charges once made are non refundable! So beware of this place and the girl behind the counter! Unscrupulous I tell you and unfair treatment of an unsuspecting customer. I mean I think everyone's hurting out there today during this Covid pandemic but at least be honest to each other!

Lousy Customer service, Rep rude and Non-English too! Couldn't understand her- even though she fairly shouted at the end of the call!
