Was very happy with work. Fast forward a year later the same door was having issues. I contacted John regarding the issue. I respect John as he is always very polite and is a problem solver. The issue was not workmanship it was the parts. I am in customer service 20 plus years and appreciate that they stood by their work and repaired my daughter's car. “Brought my truck in after an at fault accident! He repaired it, the repair was decent enough! I was happy with it. However, he told me he will be done in 3 days, that turned into almost 4 complete weeks. I paid out of pocket and it was the best price by far. If you want a pretty good job for cheap, Saul is your man. Also, if you don't mind the wait. I was quoted $5600 by caliper collision! He did it for 1400. He repairs parts and reuses everything he cans. Nowadays, I respect that a lot! I asked him to do that though. He is honest with the price and straight forward, won't try to haggle for more. However, if he is busy good luck with getting your car by the time he said. I have another car so it wasn't an issue.Lastly, if you want a good job, DONT RUSH HIM. I read some of the reviews and I bet they kept rushing him.”
