Beware of predatory practices. I contacted this company to repair my television. We spoke over the phone and I provided the model number and detailed the issue. I stated the television screen has gone black but I can still hear and vaguely see this. I explained this is a known issue with these TVs and my research has shown it's probably an LED issue. He stated there's a 75 dollar house call fee but it goes toward the cost of the fix. He asked when I bought it and if I purchased with a credit card. I stated I purchased it a year and a half ago and yes it was with a credit card. He arrives for our appointment and immediately confirms that I was correct regarding the issue and explains he called all over for the part that's needed but it's completely out of stock and that my tv is probably under warranty and I should just call my credit card company to see if they have an additional warranty. He stated they would need a quote from him which would cost me an additional 125 dollars. EXCUSE ME. Not only did he come to the appointment to collect his $75 fee fully aware that he couldn't come with the part but he also wants to charge me more for a written quote. This guy is a complete scammer. He has his business listed in Yelp twice. Once under AAA tv and Big Screen Express. I genuinely don't mind paying fees but I hate being taken advantage of. I paid the fee and asked him to leave. I won't be using his services in the future and I will warn everyone I can about this.

When my TV went out I panicked,but Behruz came to my rescue. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My TV was fixed quickly and at a good price. He saved me a bundle because I thought I was going to have to buy a new TV. I highly recommend BSE and hope they are around for a very long time!!!!!

Just wanted to give recognition to Bruce of Big Screen Express for fixing our 60" Vizio TV. I found Bruce online and was pleased with the reviews listed. He was on vacation, but we waited for his return and so happy we did. Bruce came out to the house and we gave him the details of our problem with the TV (power failed gradually and then no power at all. Bruce was able to test to the component level and found we had a power motherboard issue. He had the parts and the knowledge to resolve the problem within an hour or so. Once the TV was up and working, he noticed the color settings and focus was not right, he took care of everything and the TV is like brand new. What a "Great Guy" and we were totally pleased with his service. We would highly recommend Bruce and Big Screen Express to anyone having a problem with their TV.

Instead of taking it upon your self to figure out what is wrong with your TV. save yourself the headache and give Bruce a call. He is the man.He has now been out twice to my house to fix two different circuit boards on my sony flat screen. When i called him up the first time he knew exactly what the problem was. He had the board in stock and arrived at my house within hours. Took him about 10-20 min and boom! TV was back up and running. Second time i called Bruce arrived same day to diagnose problem. It happened to be a different board not working. He took the board and got it fixed while i went on vacation. As soon as i came back he was ready for me and came back to install. He is very professional and i wouldn't recommend any one else.

Excellent service. Bruce made a special trip due to a snafu with my cell reception, and took the time to diagnose and fix the problem with my 10 year old plasma tv. It's now back up and running better than ever, and I couldn't be more grateful. Bruce has a familiarity and experience with electronics that you just don't find these days, and I highly recommend him for anything you might need fixed. Thank you very much, Bruce!

Bruce is fantastic! He is a no nonsense and straight to business type of guy. We have a fantastic Samsung plasma that's been out of commission for a couple of years that we didn't have the heart to part with because we knew the moment we were going to put it on the driveway for trash pick up, someone was going to be able to fix it and have an amazing TV. Having Bruce come to assess it was going to be our last ditch effort. He assessed and diagnosed it, found the part and fixed it the very next day. We couldn't have asked for better service and repair. Thank you!

Bruce came to repair my Sony flat screen TV after a power surge killed it. AT&T came out the day before and told me that I'd probably have to buy a new TV. Fortunately, they were wrong. Bruce fixed it in less than an hour. In addition, he was kind enough to adjust the settings on that TV plus another TV in my house, and the pictures look better than before. I am very grateful to him. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and obviously very experienced. I think the price was very reasonable. I am happy to recommend this company.
