Driving from La Quinta California to Grants Pass Oregon and during the drive we noticed that we had a screw in one of our tires. After stopping at one store that told us that they couldn't get to it for almost three hours (10am on a Saturday morning) they recommended that we call Big John's. We called and they said they could work us in. In less than 40 minutes the tire was repaired and we were back on the road! Awesome customer service!

These guys were great. Needed a tire that’s been discontinued and they took the time to find it and had it shipped in fast. Was also impressed that they didn’t leave my spare in the bed of my truck like they could have, they took the time to put it back properly for me. Great experience
