Super Happy! Gregg, our Advisor found a solution to a suspension problem in our MKZ Lincoln - even though they're a Ford Dealer! Despite owning the car for nearly a year he found an automatic setting we didn't even know the car had - and when we picked it up - there was no charge! Perfect now. Service doesn't get any better! Thanks again, Gregg!

Eric was very easy to work with and informative. The estimate came back really high so we didn’t have service done at this time but Eric was gracious enough to not charge us the diagnostic fee which would have been annoying to pay for.
