I went to AutoNation to have my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited serviced because of some front-end suspension issues. After checking in with my service manager, Nathaniel I felt good my decisions to come to AutoNation. Nathaniel was knowledgeable, courteous and instilled confidence that the job would be done right. The shuttle service made a huge difference when I had to drop it off for a couple hours. After my diagnosis, I got a call later that explained my exact problem in clear layman's terms. Nathan also informed me that he had already ordered the part but it would be a couple of days until they could get it. I thanked him and said I'd come get my car and bring it back when the part came in. A couple days later I got a courtesy call and text letting me know that my parts had come in. I came in the next day and had my Jeep fixed expeditiously and was on my way. Anytime I have an issue, I am going to request Nathaniel, because he made my entire service experience exceptional and easy! Thanks a lot Nathaniel!

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows this place is still ONE HUNDRED PERCENT trash. Just tried to call and schedule a basic service appointment. Next appointments are end of April, beginning of May. It's February. Looks like I'm driving 50 miles for service to someone who can do things in a reasonable manner... yet again.

This place is garbage. My mother's car broke down under warranty and they said they couldn't look at it until April. So she's just not supposed to drive until then? Way to care for your customers. Didn't offer a loaner or anything. Just basically a sorry about it. Man I'd avoid this snake pit like the plague. This is not our first run in with this place. Last time they broke the oil pan and then tried to blame her. Umm we always have dodge service it no one else has ever worked on the car. This is some bait and switch bs. Honestly if you like being treated like crap after purchase this is the place for you. Do you like endless run around? They have got you covered. Loop holes that don't exist? They got it in abundance. Buyer beware.

Poor customer service! I had an appointment to purchase the Dodge, they knew I was coming in only to get a text it sold. They weren't very helpful to begin with.

I can't comment on the sales department, but the service department is the worst I've experienced at any dealership, by a wide margin. We've had a 2019 Pacifica for ~2.5 years. A couple of years ago the battery died while under warranty. AutoNation's check of the electrical system turned up no problems. When the replacement battery also died, AAA found that the auxiliary battery was dead, and was draining the main battery, and informed us that this is a common issue with this generation of Pacifica. I don't know how AutoNation failed to diagnose this. AutoNation's service department failed again when we brought it in for scheduled maintenance and a recall to update the rearview camera software. When I picked the car up, I was told that they couldn't do the software update on a weekend, and made a separate appointment to have that taken care of during the week. When I brought the car in for the second appointment, I was told that their system showed that the recall repair had been marked as completed for my VIN, and was turned away. Whatever internal miscommunication occurred at AutoNation should not be happening for something as important as a recall repair. I'm not sure why I didn't learn my lesson from the previous two experiences, but I brought our Pacifica to them again a couple weeks ago for routine maintenance and to have an intermittent check engine light and possible coolant leak diagnosed. In fairness to them, I had not mentioned the diagnoses when scheduling the appointment, so I wasn't too surprised to learn that they'd need to keep the car for 3-5 days to do that. Instead of waiting, I made an appointment for two weeks later to bring the car back for the diagnoses. What was unacceptable was that, when I returned for the appointment, I was told that AutoNation would have to keep the car for 3-5 days for the ($480) diagnoses. Placing customers with appointments in the same queue as walk-ins is the sort of choice you make when you're too incompetent to schedule work based on your mechanics' schedules, or when you just can't be bothered to try.

The dealership was over 80 miles from my home but well worth the trip. I had been searching for a Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie (diesel) truck all year and they had the best price by thousands of dollars. The process went pretty good overall and just had a minor set back. I had the pleasure of working with Samila, Francisco, and Kimberly. I would definitely purchase another from this dealership and love my new truck!!

False advertisement!!! They advertised a truck for one price and when you call and show up any the dealer. They marked up the truck for almost 50k. But base on what the manager said they are "willing to work on the marked up". What a joke!! I think legally if they advertise the automobile for a set price that should be the price. But this company does "bate and switch". If I could get them - stars. They would definitely get minus for false advertisement.

On 12/12/23 I called the parts department and spoke with Matthew J. My first impression of him was that he was polite, respectful, professional and helpful. I shared with him my concern that my truck will be unsecured without that part. I placed my order with him for a part for my truck and I was told that the part would be in on 12/13/23. 12/13/23 my part was in. I arrived to pick up my part and very happy that my truck can now be secured. Thank you very much Matthew for going over and beyond in making me a satisfied and returning customer. 5 star service is what I received.

Refused to replace battery in key fob, waited over 20 mins to be turned away. Going to San Fernando location which will happily change out my fob battery for me.

Can't get more straight forward than them Honestly. Dealing with James was smooth, accurate and peaceful. And I mean peaceful because the 2 weeks prior to that I dealt with other dealership and sales rep that were just absolute trash, punch of scammers that did nothing to but gave me a headache and anxiety lol. So I was really happy to still find a genuine Car Sales Rep out there like James that just there to help you not rip you off. James was quick, very responsive, friendly and very helpful.

DO NOT service your vehicle at this dealership! I took my truck in for a simple oil change and the technicians left the bottom of my truck completely soaked in oil - so much that my drive way is completely covered in oil stains and the bottom of my truck has oil blown down the bottom of it after driving it. I've tried to reach the service manager and general manager but neither one of them will respond. I have gone into the dealership to speak with them both, left numerous messages, but they refuse to call me back. If you want to make this right, you know how to reach me.

Shout out to Johnny, Danny L., Ryan, the other staff and of course Samila. Incredibly easy, no pressure Sales right to the point. Knew what I wanted, didn't switch and bait me, went above and beyond to Deliver. Payment was even lower than what was agreed originally. The last thing people want to do is go and buy a car. This dealership def made the buying experience not what it usually is. Thank you AutoNation CDJR Valencia for being the Epitome of what a business should be... Great Service, Honesty, and a Commitment to Customer Satisfaction.

Went here the other day browsing for a new car. one of the sales guys came up to me asked if I needed help with anything, I said I'm just looking for now. completely ignored what I said and started chatting on and on about the cars I should get. So I said isn't this the location where that actor bought his Jeep and died. He completely froze then he said I'm new here if you need anything I'll be in my desk.

(Autonation Chrysler jeep dodge Valencia) complaint , Around 30 days ago I was selling a vehicle to AutoNation that I previously bought from (Autonation Honda Valencia) it was a 2016 dodge grand caravan it had it had 150k miles It was $10,000 I owed around $7,000 on it so i removed the $4,000 warranty and was left with $3,000 left to pay , Long story short I had that vehicle for about a year and a half it had a check engine light on for a year the of that time it needed a new cylinder head. I was able to sell it back to (Autonation Chrysler jeep dodge Valencia) for a $900 loss and I only owned the car for a year and a half. for my trade in .I was Able to get a 2016 nissan quest its was was around $12,000 .I signed the papers drove home and over night the transmission was leaking on my driveway and had a hidden transmission code, basically it needed a new transmission so I returned it to (Autonation Chrysler jeep dodge Valencia) under the 5 day return policy which went smooth. When I asked the salesman what are you going to do with the quest ? put a transmission in it ? he said "No, to be honest with you we are going to put it back up for sale..." I was shocked.. but that's how they run their business I guess. From returning The 2016 nissan quest I bought a 2016 kia sedona 98k miles getting all of the recommended warranties being it came with a 90 day 4,000 mile AutoNation warranty and I bought an additional Mopar warranty for 3 year 36k miles, total cost $20,000 .I've owned the vehicle approximately 30 days , I had a business trip in Las Vegas so I drove to vegas on (oct 1 2023) 5 miles before Las Vegas I heard an engine pop noise then a complete loss of power I pulled on the shoulder of the freeway called mopar warranty . they were able to tow me to Towbin Dodge in Henderson NV , I called Towbin Dodge the next day they said there's nothing they can do and sent it down the street to Towbin Kia which is out of the mopar or AutoNation network , Kia Told me it needs and engine but I have to personally pay the $1,500 for the tear down inspection process to see if its covered under warranty! Mopar nor Autonation provided me with any rental car coverage . After flying back from Vegas and ubering everywhere on oct 5 2023 the general manager James G the General manager at (Autonation Chrysler jeep dodge Valencia) was able to provide me with a 5 day rental car authorized by their dealership . At this point I want AutoNation to collect that vehicle and refund me my $20,000 so I can buy transportation elsewhere. I filed a complaint with the california bureau of automotive repair , I will update this complaint when it is resolved.
