I have to admit, this is one of the best experience I had buying a car. I had post on my previous experience on google with other dealerships, but that's a different story.I have been researching for a car for a while now and last Month (November), the high winds snapped the tree outside our house and it fell on my car. The insurance marked it a total loss and I had to look for a replacement.I had contact Tesla to look at the car and been on chat on in communication with them for a week. I then stopped after the remarks made by their CEO.I also visited CarMax. I guess the sales person didn't think I was serious enough. I checked out there BMW 530e at that location, which was a bit bigger than my 330e. But unfortunately, it had a lot of accidents. After my test drive, there was no follow up from CarMax.While I was looking, I also looked at a Kia Sorrento Plug In Hybrid. It was listed by Kia in Van Nuys as for sale, so I went there and checked out the Sorrento and it actually had Car damage from an accident but was not listed on the notes in Cargurus.I also found a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and I contacted the dealer north hollywood toyota. They told me that it's not for sale on and then 2 days later, I got a notice from Cargurus that the car was sold.Luckily, I found autonation in Valencia. All through out the process they accommodated me. I been in contact with them for let's say 3-5 days. I went in on Friday to test drive the car and sleep on it. They allowed that no questions asked. If my main sales person was not there, they had someone assist me. I requested Friday night if they could charge the car so that I can test the EV range and drive, they said yes. Then I came in Saturday night with my wife and Kids. The waiting area is pretty decent and they even have a kids room.I test drove the car and it was as amazing as I expected.Since this was a preowned car, I know there will be dings and scratches. But there is one scratch that they were willing to fix the chip and schedule it.There were 2 other things that were missing from the car that I requested. The Charger for the Car since it's a plug in hybrid and the 2nd key. There were able to get the charging cable to me by Monday and the key arrived Friday. I was asked to pay cost for the key as it was not included for the sale. But the cost for the key if it's their cost was significantly lower than buying it from the dealership.Overall, questions were answer in a timely manner with respect and integrity. They really go above an beyond what is required of them.Thank you Roberto! You are the best.

Terrible experience. Bad management. Appointment system broken. If I didn't have a maintenance package that I have already paid for in advance, I would go elsewhere. I did once, and the service was like night and day at another dealership in the valley. The crazy thing is it wasn't one isolated incident. I really didn't think my experience could get worse, and somehow it did get worse a second time. If you can avoid getting your car serviced here, do it. You will not regret it.

I am not one to write reviews, but after my experience this past weekend, I felt like one was deserved. Aaron, at Autonation Chevrolet, assisted me with purchasing a Used Silverado, and he surpassed my expectations. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Plus, he went out of his way to get me the best value for my trade in. Usually, dealers have a bad reputation for being pushy, but I felt comfortable about the whole process. This is due to Aaron spending the time explaining everything thoroughly with me. One of the best experiences I have had at an auto dealer. Next time you are looking for a vehicle, visit Autonation Chevrolet and ask for Aaron!

The service department customer service is just non existent. I went in today for my scheduled appointment, I parked my truck in the service line and waited. No employee came out to speak to me so I walked inside and still nothing. Service employees walked right past me like I didn't even exist. I waited there for almost an hour trying to get someone to help me and nothing. I had a bad experience with this dealership the first time I came here and thought I'd give it a second chance, shame on me. I booked a service appointment with another dealership 55 miles away, that should show you the length I'm going to stay away. I worked in service and parts for years and I get how hectic it can be specially at the end of the month, but this is ridiculous.

If i can recommend this dealership to everyone, i would! Jacob helped me with purchasing my vehicle, i was kind of on a time crunch because i had to go to work right after and he was super understanding and respectful of my time. They valued my trade in at a great price and even exceeded my expectations by offering me more than my online appraisal. Very friendly staff, helpful and made me feel comfortable considering i went alone and came from out of town. Probably the best experience i've ever had at a car dealership.

Given the subjective nature of review-writing, especially with the length and layers of a car buying experience, it's not surprising to see only a 3 star rating for AutoNation Chevy here in Valencia. That said, my experience was exceptional. The inventory on lot did not have what I was looking for, and was invited to search other AutoNation dealers on the same street. Per-owned inventory is shared (great plus!). Ultimately, I found one of the vehicles I had narrowed my search to. A big thank you to Uriel Medina who took me through the whole process. He was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and full of options without being pushy at all. Thanks also to John Munoz who helped with the sale, and to the Gabriel from the Finance team. The dealership was clean, comfortable and inviting. A great vibe all around, and a very satisfying experience. Thanks again fellas!

Well we finally received a call for undated there is still a delay and she received it possibly by the end of the week. But was not able to repair the driver seat stitching for they no longer make. 2018 Camaro... lol it is what it is. It would have been ok to try and sell us a new one. We would have been ok with that. But they didn't even try. To be continued...

BLUF: Vehicle description and images on multiple advertised website incorrect. No resolution to solve discrepancy or offer to make it right. Refused to put Advertised Rims back on the Truck. After 3 days of calls and texts to confirm condition of the truck and features were accurate. I drove 2+ Hours to purchase the Truck. I arrived to a truck that had a completely different Rims/Tires package. Spoke with Sales Manager and she said they could not put the original advertised rims (20" All Black Rims) back on the vehicle and that the vehicle had to be sold with the 22" Rims/Tires package. The Rims don't go with the Off-road Z71 Package in my opinion. I even offered to pay for the "upgraded" rims if she "downgraded" them back to the off-road 20" All Black Rims pictured in the advertisements. The sales manager stated that the only person who could authorized the Rims/Tires swap was the general manager and he could not be bothered on a Sunday with this problem. I argued he would be happy to sell a truck that had been on the lot for 100 Days. I was given the email address of the General Manager and my tank of gas was filled up. I unexpected gesture, I'd still have just like to have bough the Truck as advertised and I am still searching for a Truck. When I got home I emailed the General Manager Mr. Charles Coia and he replied with a short email offering no resolution but to say sorry for not updating the pics. My expectation was possible a resolution and attempts to make a sale. The email was short and to the point. Even had an offer or resolution been proposed, I am not sure I would have given it much though as the whole experienced was not great.Update: the Truck images are finally updated and the truck is still not sold 112 Days on the market.

Your customer service is terrible. The employees at the auto parts department can't answer a simple phone call. I even send a email to Chevrolet of Valencia. I need 3 quarts of transmission fluid. I want to purchase them online and I didn't get no response. What a joke
