“This garage is officially "Sand Canyon Goodyear" the gas station is a Union 76 attached to a "7-11". When you pay your bill for work done on your car you pay at the 7-11 counter. There's 3 mechanics working and I had Victor that did my brakes. I had shopped around locally for mechanic shops and heard good things about this location. I had drilled and slotted rotors and new calipers ordered from Amazon. I just needed a reputable shop to install them. They're open 8-6 during the week, I arrived at 7:55 and was the first customer there. Five hours later I had a full brake upgrade and an alignment on my 2006 Subaru. That was Wednesday and drove the car all day Thursday and zero issues. I'm very happy and want to spread the word about the great experience I had. I will be taking all my vehicles there.”

“This was my first experience here because my usual tire store and mechanic could not do an alignment, which my vehicle desperately needed. To my surprise, my vehicle needed extra attention due to the type of suspension and the quote was much higher than expected. They also weren't sure if they could complete it before I had to leave for an appointment. Pleasantly, they did complete the work in time and for $100 less than quoted. I would definitely recommend them for an alignment.”
“I just realized that it has been 12 years since my last review. Time to update my review!! I have been seeing Brian Clark of Engine Dynamics now for 24 years. Every time I have to take my car to any dealership for something, I always end up having to take it to Brian to fix what they did. He is so honest and such a genuine guy. The quality of service is above and beyond. I send all of my friends and all of my clients to him and always get a great report back. I've had cars that have needed more work than others. If I can't get it all done at once, he helps me prioritize what is urgent and what can wait. On 2 occasions, he turned away money. He told me it's not worth fixing and I should just trade the car in. He could have just taken my money and kept fixing the car, but his reputation and integrity are too important to him. I don't know what I would do if Brian ever tried to retire. That would be the worst!”

“We own a 2003 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter motorhome that kept going into limp mode.
Once our Sprinter, manufactured in February 2003, reached 200°F, the engine wouldn’t go past 2000 RPM but if we downshifted and manually shifted gears, we could get it back to speed. The first mechanic we took it to could not read any of the codes, and therefore was unable to help us diagnose the problem. He suggested a trial and error type of repair approach. Next we drove 20 miles to another highly recommend Sprinter repair shop only to be told that our vehicle could not be worked on because it is a 2003 and is mechanically different from the Sprinters that were made the following year. In other words, they did not have the tools to work on our van. Next we bought a little Autel scanner and attempted to scan the vehicle ourselves. We made a little progress but nothing that helped us fix the problem. Then I remembered in 2019, we took the Sprinter over to our local Aamco dealer, Mark Beaulieu, for a window repair. I remembered that he was able to get the codes from our vehicle. I got in touch with him and asked him if the codes that our vehicle threw would be in their computer system from 2019. Mark said they should be and I told him I would stop by the shop to see if we could get them. I did and they were! Next we took the camper to Aamco to have it scanned. Mark was able to read the new codes and suggested we leave the camper at the shop for diagnosis. After assessing the vehicle, Mark discovered that the hose between the turbo and the engine was disintegrated. He replaced it AND JUST LIKE THAT our camper RAN PERFECTLY! He also filled the tires and tied down the battery. Mark was the ONLY MECHANIC that was able to help us! Needless to say we are now very happy campers! We highly, highly recommend going over to see Mark at Aamco for all of your automotive repair needs!”
“This is the only place for transmission work! I have been dealing with this shop for years and when my transmission started slipping, I had it towed over to Leon's with no hesitation. Chris was honest and straight to the point and the final price was what he quoted originally. He called with updates, tolerated and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell anything, even when i asked about upgrades he explained why it wasn't necessary to spend more money on more expensive parts. We need more shops run like this in SCV. “I want to personally Thank Daniel for waiting 2 1/2 Hrs. after his shop closed for my car to arrive. My Husband and 88 year old mother-in-law were headed to LA area for my mother-in-law's sisters funeral. My Mercedes blew a hose and leaked all the coolant out of the car. they were stuck at 3:00 pm on Friday and AAA did not arrive for 4 hrs mind you they were on the side of the freeway on the grapevine, it was not safe and it was hot the temp outside was 95 degrees. finely it was about 7:00 PM when the tow truck came. Even he was nervous in the location the car was in. so he only strapped the car with one strap so he could take it to a safer place to strap it down completely. The arrived at Valencia MBZ & VW shop and Daniel was waiting patently for them to arrive. The best news was Daniel was willing and able to fix the car right then my family only had to wait about 40 min and the car was fixed. Daniel was a life saver and his prices were very great. We loved the hard work and dedication he gives to all his customers. We have him a good tip for saving us and I am now sending him a gift basket. he was our angel in disguise. Thank you Daniel for everything you do and for going out of your way to help. “After Hours is the best! Jerry took great care of us, helping us navigate a difficult time after someone hit our minivan on the freeway. Another shop (Caliber Collision on Sierra Highway) wrote the car off as a total loss, and double-charged myself and insurance for an unnecessary disassembly. Jerry helped me get reimbursed by insurance, and helped me get all my parts back from Caliber Collision. In addition, he repaired the damage for far less than Caliber's estimate, and did an amazing job! The Odyssey looks brand new, and I will certainly be taking any future business to After Hours.”
