I'm beyond disappointed. I thought AT&T was fast and efficient but all I have experienced is the opposite. I set up my service in store and a few days later my equipment came in the mail. Except that I was either missing equipment or something wasn't set up correctly that my internet wasn't working. My roommate and I called customer service to set up an appointment for a technician to come the following day. No one came and I spent hours on the phone with customer service explaining and repeating my self to multiple customer service representatives. It seems impossible to get a technician to come out. So I called the store to complain about my experience. They told me they would send a technician out the next day 8am-10am and of course no one shows up. So I call again and I'm told I will be called back. No call. Finally a technician shows up an hour later to tell me he can't do anything to help me set up the service even if he wanted to because the store hadn't submitted the paperwork for my internet or they hadn't finished setting it up on their end. The stores solution to this is for me to come all the way back in and re do everything I did the first time so they can re set up the internet like it was supposed to have been in the first place. I also have to go return my original box and wait for a new one to come in the mail and go through this whole process all over again. This is the worst experience I've had with a company like this. I'm starting to question the value of having AT&T service. Forgot to mention,I took off work to be around for a technician... I don't appreciate my time or money being wasted.

The associates in the store we're not very helpful. They did not seem to have knowledge of home devices. I do not think I'll be going back to the store for help.

The person that helped me I think his name was Mike he was AMAZING to say the least! He was patient and professional, I was worried about what was the most cost effective way to purchase a line for my new business but Mike walked me through all my options and we picked the best one for me. I couldn't be happier with how things went and with my purchase of a business line and an iPhone yesterday. I will say though it is kind of a drag that ATT doesn't report my monthly payments to the credit bureaus however if I miss a payment ATT places a negative mark on my business credit it's like having all the risk with no reward! Kind of messed up!!!

I don't even know why I wasted my time coming here. I came in to purchase a phone case and two fast chargers. There were 3 employees helping out 3 families, but there was one who was at the register. I approached here with the items I wanted to pay for, and she said "everyone here is busy as you can see and you will have to wait". I couldn't believe my ears because mine was a very simple transaction which wouldn't take too much time. I repeated myself and told her I just needed to pay for three items, and she said she knew but I would have to wait. I asked her why couldn't she help me since she was not tending to any customers and she said she was busy. I asked her how long would I have to wait to pay for my items and she said 30 minutes. 30 minutes??? Really???? I was upset, I did not bother putting the items back where they belonged, I left it right there in front of her and walked out. I will never come back to this location. So glad I made the drive last week to Porter Ranch ATT store to upgrade my phone. Their customer service out here is 100x better than Santa Clarita's. I guess I'll have to make the drive out to Porter Ranch to purchase the items I originally wanted to purchase at this pathetic Bouquet Canyon location.

I switched over to AT&T for better service and customer supports and this location has not been able to do any of that!! Worse service ever I rather go back to T-Mobile and have bad service then to deal with the customer service reps.
