Our experience was amazing. Bob was incredibly helpful, didn't follow us around the store or try and pressure us, but was there to answer all of our questions. We will be going back for more furniture in the future!!

I purchased, in store, June 15 and was told I would receive my lamp on Wednesday. I didn’t receive it, I called and was told it was going to arrive. It didn’t. Saturday, June 22 I call, and am told it’s arriving via FedEx that day. Nothing. There’s been no tracking sent to me, no call advising me of delays, nothing.

I came in to furnish my new apartment. I had purchased from Ashley Furniture before, and came in because they have great surface.
Edda showed us different options for organizing and reorganizing the couches to best fit our apartment. Tony and Edda also helped us out with great deals!

Store isn't cluttered or dusty, easy to walk through room staging. Bobby was pleasant, not pushy. Answered all questions. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I recommend taking a look at what Ashley has to offer.

Best furniture shopping experience ever!
If you are in Santa Clarita for furniture shopping, look no further, go to this store and talk to their sales representative Guillermo “Memo.” I am very happy with the quality and the design of the product I purchased. And, Memo was just the best sales rep I have ever met. He was very helpful, patient, informative, and friendly (his help was beyond what I would expect from a typical sales rep).

Presentation of the displays are wonderfully done, taking advantage of natiural light where possible. I always leave the store with a great furniture shopping experience even if I did not buy one yet!
