From the moment I stepped into the store, I am greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by all..
Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs as a contractor were met promptly and efficiently.
The Pro Desk service at this Home Depot location was exceptional. The staff members were well-trained, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me with my purchases.
They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered valuable advice and recommendations that greatly helped me in my projects. Not only did the manager and Pro Desk team provide exceptional service, but the overall store environment was also clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of high-quality products.

“Well I went looking for a Christmas tree and man did they all smell really fresh! My daughter , husband & I went to the 10' Douglas Furs to find one. An Associate by the name of Chad came over and asked if we wanted to see a tree. We chose one and then another and yet another tree. This Associate was so patient. The trees were tall and heavy . He had to take off all the twine and stand them up and shake them to get the fullness of them to open up. I kept apologizing to him because we had a hard time making up our minds. We finally chose one and he took it over to have the bottom branches trimed. He then went on his dinner break. I wanted to give him a big tip but he was no where to be found. Chad was so sweet and knew an awful lot about trees. The guys packing up the tree and putting it on our car were super nice and did the job quickly and made sure no sap got on our car. I tried to give them a tip but they refused. They said it was their job and they enjoyed working for Home Depot. There used to be a Seat with Santa Clays and you can have your picture taken there. It's pretty wonderful.Home Depot is very clean and well organized. Love this store!”

“I popped in because I was very much in need of random items for a DIY project at home. I noticed at this location there seems to be a lot of kind, helpful employees who look very happy, and by the experience I had they all seemed not to mind going out of their way to help. These employees patiently listened to me explain my project brought me to the very aisle & pointed out exactly what it was that I needed. These employees helped calculate precise measurements as well as offer advice or suggestions as to solutions to go about my project effectively! The best part is the employees come together and like magic they all chimed in pitching ideas and just to see the team work in the different departments I had visited today! Amazing! I highly recommend visiting this location. I was so taken back by all the incredible help I received... I asked them all for their names:Chris, Walter, Vince, Brando, Terrell, Tina,Bob G, Lisa, Travis and the wonderful kind lady not sure of her name ( burgundy hair) who was working the self checkout assisting me with my items.. All the employees are hardworking and all have such beautiful kind hearts! Please take this time to recognize greatness you have with these magnificent people who absolutely represent HOME DEPOT in such a positive light!”

I can't remember his name but he was Hispanic with short hair. they both we so great and really worked hard to get me a good deal. in a lot of ways it really renewed my faith in best buy. I love the new phone and was impressed by the service.”
