The doctors + the staff are friendly and give plenty of care to your animals. That said, the only real reason to give a 3 and not a 4or5 is their scheduling. You can have a 2pm appointment, arrive on time, and you'll still wait 15-45 minutes till you're actually seeing the doctor. If your time is valuable and needs strict scheduling, i do not recommend this vet. That said, if you're willing to wait for a while, you'll get some great care from this team.

This has been my family vet for over ten years. The past three times I have called this clinic they were able to get me in same day. I've seen all three doctors in the past and today was one of our best experiences. I called this morning and explained that my dog was serious injured and hurt. They were able to make an appointment for us to come later in the day. We got there and the front desk staff were super helpful with getting background info on my pup. We saw Dr. H today for the first time. He was so gentle and kind with our scared pup. He was able to evaluate her and come up with a treatment plan to get her to start feeling better. He explained everything he was doing during our exam and was clear. My pup is now at home and resting on her way to recovery thanks to Dr. H.

We discovered this vet a few years ago when we needed to take our dog in and since then, they have become our regular go-to vet! We have been about 3 times now but they always resolve whatever issue our dog has! They do get really busy (as do all vets) but usually they're able to schedule us in within the same week of calling. I've only met 2 of the doctors here so far but both of them were caring and know their stuff. I am so grateful for Animal Medical Center for taking care of my doggo and putting my mind at ease after each visit!

Horrible business. They intentionally hide the real price, and try to deceive you into thinking that the price is less than it is. We asked and asked, they kept telling us only 65 dollars. They did some simple cleaning that lasted less than 5 minutes, charged 500 dollars.

By far the most professional and kind pet doctor ?!!
On top of it they are always able to take me in when I need, are reasonably priced and they take the best care of my fur baby.

The doctor didn’t inform the cost of his services except for the basic consultation and he takes advantage of distress pet owners who at the moment are just worried about their pet. At the end he billed for different services and medication according to his will. He never mentioned a price. We are never bringing our pets there.

I think the cost of a procedure should be disclosed beforehand when it is in the hundreds of dollars, especially when it is something simple and takes 10 min without any anesthesia. We didn’t bother to ask as we thought something this simple shouldn’t be so bad. When we get the bill it is almost $500. It seemed a little too much so we questioned and were told: “you should’ve asked.” So basically you’re telling us we shouldn’t have trusted you. I will not be going there again or recommending it. It’s unfortunate because we used to buy stuff there and get out vaccines from them.

I think they should explain to people the cost of what is being done beforehand when it is in the hundreds of dollars. The procedure itself took 10min without any anesthesia so we didn't bother to ask the cost as we thought it shouldn't be too bad. When we got the bill, I said why didn't they explain the details of the treatment and the cost and they said: " well, you should've asked." I will not be going there again or recommending this place

Dr. Kim, Dr. Oh, Jamie, Viktoria and the rest of the staff could not have been any more compassionate or kind to our furry loved one. They answered each and every one of our questions professionally with patience and respect. When it came time for an emergency situation they took us right away. We highly recommend the Animal Medical Center for the care and treatment of your furry family member.

When we moved to Santa Clarita we were worried about finding a good vet, but this place has been great and the staff is fantastic. We can't say enough good things about this place.

I was recommended by my neighbor she said the owner is wonderful. However, I did not meet him I got someone else. I felt she was not clear and easy to charge me for services I did not agree on ...for example nail clipping for $30. was added without my consultation along with an other $60 service that was not necessary...I feel they are just after my money and the front desk gets overwhelmed but, doesn't pay attention to guests arriving on time or handling the phones in the timely manner. I will not go back. Pros: - nice office - clean Cons: - I arrived on time...but, waited 10 min for front desk to say 'hello' or respond to me when I said 'name of dog' for xx appointment. - The vet saw my dog - mentioned his nails were long and he will need possibly skin scraping for possible allergies. She left to make a minor test...then came back and said we clipped his nails and the test additional needed for xx reason... - the cost - without asking they charged me $30 for nails and $60. for skin scraping - - prescription - the vet said 2 week dose then I received 7 days at the front desk. - called and waited 9min. on hold to ask about the prescription and the story changed....from 2 weeks to 7 days. So, unreliable communication between the vet and front desk and you don't have an option to order on chewy...cheaper.
