I went inside to get a drink and the one I wanted didn't have a nozzle on it so I assumed maybe it was out of order. I asked the clerk and he said "well someone must have stolen it or something did you try it to see if it works" at this point my boyfriend said "we can't test it there's no nozzle" the clerk responded "well you can just try it out" my boyfriend at this point got a little impatient and said "it's fine I'll just take a nozzle from another one and put it here" the guy screamed at him from the counter saying "no you can't do that" walked over and grabbed a cleaning bucked that had trash in it which was on the soda machine and started to pour the drink into the bucket and said "yeah it works you're just gunna have to put your cup up against the machine so it can fill your cup" we did not want to argue with him so I just left. The entire thing could have been avoided if he just said "yes since there's no nozzle it's out or order" instead he tried to tell us to put a cup up the the dirty soda machine to catch the soda while it was spraying all over the machine and dripping into the cup where there's rust and dirt falling inside. The cherry on top was the dirty cleaning bucket with trash they he had just chilling on the machine he even took the trash out, looked at it, and then just put it back into the bucket and left it on the drip tray lmao

I go here from time to time they all seem super sweet.. One guy i wish i knew his name made me fresh mini tacos when the other ones were just fine he still went out of his way.. The lady is sweet to! The only mishap i had was the guy with the long hair at night .He was sorta rude…So I’m here to add something.. Why are all your night employees night as in after 8pm rude as hell? There are 3 people here i like a lot and i really wish i knew their name but your night staff should not work with the public…

COMPLETE SCAM!! They accused me of stealing gas when I came back in to report that my card was charged $47 (I only got $7 worth.) I ended up having to pay for $7 worth of gas (WHICH THE CASHIER INSISTED I PAY IN CASH) while there's a fee of $47 pending in my bank account. The most concerning part was a large man who wasn't in uniform was directing the entire argument and extremely rude, he didn't seem to work there but claims he also saw me steal gas. As a petite woman of color, I felt that they not only scammed me but if I were to stay and try to get my money back any longer, it could've been dangerous.

Fairly competitive gas prices, good location, like the coffee and snacks, grounds well maintained, pumps look new, add friendly staff and covid standards for this review. Good job AM/PM!

I truly hate the direction Arco has taken with having to go into store to pay for gas with cash, I know they are trying to have people spend money in the store, this Arco customer service is horrible, they act like they are doing you a favor, say hello and see what happens, say thank you..same result, this station prices are higher than the big brands and service does not equal.I would push my car past this station before giving them my money!!

4 stars since I haven't tried the food they offer inside. Since my last review we have cautiously used this station a couple of times and everything has gone smoothly; no odd fees and fast/friendly service every time we've paid inside the store. I want to add. They recently updated their pumps and hoses, for which I'm thankful for due to: 1) the gas pumps much quicker 2) this is one of the few stations where the hose doesn't stop before it's actually done 3) it quickly detached today when the car on the other side of the pump I was using drove away with it still attached to his car. Now, I don't know if it's done with this in mind, but there is also a column placed close to the pumps, which is what prevented the hose from hitting my car and/or me when it snapped off. These are all things you don't even think of until something that hazardous happens and you're thankful for those safety measures being in place to prevent further damage. Gas did sprinkle on my suv and me, but I only have to worry about washing my car and showering, not a dent in my car or hospital bill. So kudos to this station for updating their equipment! Will definitely be returning.

Hands Down The Most AMAZING Service from a Gas Station/Mini Mart EVER!! Thanks to Maria (Bonita) this is my Go To place for Everything from Lottery Tickets to Gas to 52oz Soda's for less than $1 including Tax. Maria Does her job VERY WELL!!! She is hands down The Best Customer Service Cashier I have encountered in my 27+ years of gassing up my vehicles. I thought Costco or Sam's was The Place to go for Gas. After today, I will NEVER get into a line at either of those places when just a few minutes away, Gas at Arco is the Same Price!!! Plus Maria's smiling face is there... putting a Smile on My Face!!! Arco-AM/PM, do Not let this employee Go! It's already difficult to find good help nowadays, Never Mind GREAT HELP!!! Give her a raise or whatever You need to do to keep her there. I will be a Patron for Life, if you do. She will bring your current 3.0 Star Rating to a Solid 5 Stars, in No Time!!

I used to stop by to get a coffee and sometimes put gas until I realized why am I spending my money in a place where the customer service is not priority and where they never have fresh coffee..The last straw was when my daughter wanted a hot chocolate she poured it and when she noticed after her first sip there was a bunch of ants mixed in her drink. So now i will not contribute to this locations profits any longer.

BEWARE! They somehow collect card information. I have had 2 unauthorized purchases from this station. When I call no one answers. Thankfully my bank investigated but this is ridiculous!
