My tire was punched from their Car Wash and the Employees refused to admit it and also no apologies. My car wouldn't go through the railing in the neutral gear. The worker Jose told me to continue and put it drive and go slowly as there was a line in back waiting to go through. After I realized my tire was flat I walked to inform them, they told me nothing like that ever happens, I asked for the management and Susana told me they didn't have a manager and gave me an email. No one has responded. Horrible staff and management on behalf of the Owners.

stay away from their car wash subscriptions and if you have a subscription look at your bill and make sure you only get charged once a month not twice a month. there car wash has limited soap, that's why it's $6 cheap, it does not clean your car only scratch your paint. poor maintenance and staffing is the problem.

On 12/13/2022, I filled diesel. The pump was running so slow. Eventually, it filled up but then it overflowed over 2 gallons and spilled all over the car and on the floor. I mentioned to staff and they said "oh, the diesel again." That means they knew that the pump had issues. This location has really bad customer service. They don't care about what happened and they don't maintain their pumps.

Make sure you check receipts! Jull pack for sale $14.99 but charged $15.99. When I had told the sales clerk she told me they can't fix the price. You need to learn what false advertisement is. This wasn't fixed either when I had brought it to their attention. 4 stars because the employees are nice here. But also do not ever use the car wash your s*** will get wrecked. Just your warning now.

Rob was very rude!! I prepaid on pump 8 and the pump was out of gas, but still took my money. He said they're is nothing he could do and did not give me my money back.. he said it was "my problem" This is complete BS! Find people who aren't assholes and who knows what they are doing and someone with some good customer service to work at this business!

The car wash here is self serve and awesome. Gas was 30 cents cheaper with car wash as well. The customer service is awesome. Rod was so helpful in helping me get the gas discount when I went through the car wash first. Patient, kind, and helpful. I definitely recommend this station and the mini mart is amazing. Clean and fully stocked with everything you can imagine.

Thank you for the people and management who work at our local Arco ampm gas station and car wash Bouquet Canyon & Valencia Boulevard for going out of their way and helping me with my lock out of my vehicle let me use their company phone and call AAA roadside assistance and making sure I was comfortable with a soft drink well I waited for AAA to arrive

Car wash broke off my rear wiper. I told them and they said they weren't responsible for any damage to cars. This is the last time I'm going to this car wash. Only go here if you want your car messed up!
