American Telebrokers is a very good company and I would highly recommend doing business with them. Our 28 year old Toshiba system went down due to a lightning strike and the power supply went out. I called American Telebrokers to verify they had the power supply available, and they did! Chris was very helpful and they shipped over night to solve our issue.

We were looking to upgrade our NEC Phone System. We looked on eBay and none of the sellers offered warranty on the phones we wanted and were charging really high prices. Not to mention the condition of the phones listed on eBay were terrible since they were pre-owned. My phone system and IT said Call Dale at American Tele Brokers, he will do you a solid and has the best products and pricing... So I called Dale and he was amazing he sent me 6 refurbished phones that look brand new in very good packaging. All 6 phones worked perfect! I highly recommend American Tele Brokers if your looking for phone system related products.

American Telebrokers have been an incredible help to my company. We are Newcom Networks Inc., and have been dealing with both Heidy & Dale the principles of American Telebrokers since they opened. My office's 15 year Panasonic phone system suddenly died and I could hear weird noises coming from the power supply card. Was directed to American Telebrokers by the person that installed this phone system and they answered right away. They had the part available for pick up that same day. Took me an hour to drive over there but the part was waiting for me at the front desk. The people over there were all so nice and helpful. The part was significantly less than what I saw on Amazon and I didn't have to wait 3-5 days!

Run from this business as fast as you can! I have no idea who they are, or what they do. But for the owner to chase me down at the business next door where I was for literally 3 minutes as I was buying an item at the counter is absurd! He demanded I move my vehicle immediately because I was parked in "his" spot that he "owns" (there were 3 other empty spots right next to me) I told him I had already paid for my item and was leaving, to which he insulted me and asked if I was stupid and couldn't read. As I walked to my car, a second employee came out and insulted me as well. If this is how they treat people they don't even know, I can't imagine how they would treat a customer they have a disagreement with...
