It's the nearest FedEx/UPS drop off location to my parent's place and I also needed a passport photo. The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.

I had a fantastic experience at this mailing center. It's a charming family-owned business that really stands out. They were not only super nice but also incredibly efficient. I appreciated their warm customer service and the quick, hassle-free mailing process. I'll definitely be returning for all my mailing needs.

I have been coming here a few years now, because it is a local small business. I came here to get some copies done and while I was there I decided to get one photo printed. I guess that's not a derive they usually do, which I did not know. She said she could do it. I later looked at the price on my receipt and they charged me $5 for one 4x6 photo print. I called back later asking about that and if that was the normal price. She didn't really know and said it could be $3 and said the owner would call me back and give me a refund for the regular price. The owner never called back. (Which I wasn't holding my breath) Unfortunately I won't be coming back here. On many occasions they have overcharged and didn't really know why. It's too bad

I get all my mailing and printing done at AIM for my small business, the staff is friendly and they remember who I am, who I've mailed out to etc. so the process is super easy and efficient. Highly recommended!

I came here twice in the last week for notary services. They were quick to fill everything out, line was minimal, and it was only $15. Staff is friendly. It's not fancy, but it's efficient!

This is definitely my place to go when I need any type of mail services. The people who work there are extremely nice especially the blonde lady who is often behind the counter. I am not sure if she is one of the owners or not but she never rushes you, and as the other employees do she always quotes the different price options. They also are very candid about what the estimated versus actual transit time is, which was really helpful during Covid! I think that 10 out of 10 times my packages to my son in Salt Lake City Utah arrived early or on time. I really appreciate a business that takes time with you and ensures that you don't overpay for a faster service. They also do notary etc. I highly recommend to anybody

Pros: I was able to get done what needed to be done. The young woman who helped me was very sweet. I didn't need an appointment. They printed out my LiveScan Paperwork. Cons: The OTHER lady behind the counter- older- short hair- nasty attitude. She berated the girl at the counter who helped me and made it very awkward. I see others have mentioned someone who sounds similar here. That's a shame. No one deserves to work in that environment. I get the "family owned" vibe. Either way- be professional. This is why it's 3 stars. As a Fingerprint Tech, I'd say they may need slight better training on how to roll the fingerprints but they are using Certafix- but other than that, they got the job done so far as I can tell. We'll see if it all goes through soon enough.

Great customer service. We had some complexity in our paperwork that needed to be notarized and they worked with us to get it all straightened out.
