I’ve been here quite a few times for myself, and recently again for my daughter and I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. From the person at the front desk, Terri, I believe, to the staff in the back taking images, I felt cared for every step of the way. The doctor who ordered my images through this center must have a great relationship with the center because he‘d gotten the scans same day from x-ray, CT, and MRI. My case was kind of strange, and they even consulted other doctors to make sense of what they were seeing. Also, discs of scans have been requested and prepared same day for both of us. Very, very pleased with our experiences at Advanced Imaging Center.

Awful. I waited days to get a call back from them to schedule an mri. I have cancer and I can't get it taken out of me until the Drs get the mri imaging back. When I called to inquire about why they haven't reached out to me, they said "their mri machine was damaged and they don't know when they'll be back up and running, that's why I haven't gotten a call back" It's very disheartening. At the least call the patient to let them know they need to look into other options. I could have gone else where, had my imagine results in, and been scheduled for surgery already.

The most unprofessional MRI place I have ever dealt with. I've been waiting over 4 weeks for my MRI on an open-ended machine. I've been going back and forth with these people. And they just called me and said they cannot do my MRI I've been waiting for weeks for because it keeps raining and leaking in the room where the MRI machine is. So now they want me to wait another month to get an MRI on an open machine because it's booked on that kind of machine at the Lancaster location. But since this isn't my fault if they were a professional company they would be squeezing me in for an MRI in one of their other imaging centers. Instead they want me to wait another 4 weeks while I am in pain and the doctor can do nothing for me because they are so unprofessional, And because they seem to have so many problems it's unbelievable. If you can go to another imaging center I suggest you make an appointment with some other imaging center and not this company because they are just unbelievably irresponsible about patient care.

The only reason I didn't give 1 star was because our service was quick. I can't say the same for an elder gentleman on a gurney in the center of their waiting room. He was brought in by a transfer agency and had been waiting for an hour when we showed up. He was uncomfortable and exhausted of waiting and the staff hadn't once asked if he needed anything or if he was ok. He was given another 5-10 minutes and no further empathy or support. I'm an able bodied person and can't sit for more than 30 minutes I can't imagine being strapped to a gurney and staring at the ceiling with no entertainment or comfort for more than an hour. Poor patient care in my opinion, especially to the elderly.

Came here for an MRI and let me tell ya, customer service was on point! Front office person was so friendly and polite. My technician was very nice and genuinely caring. Was in and out in less than an hour. Atmosphere was very calming.

Went to advanced imaging today for a mri. Donna was great. I'm not easy to please so when I say this it means a lot. The office staff was also good.

I've been to Advanced Imaging a few times. Also been to Tower Imaging at Henry Mayo. Both are good but the staff at Advanced Imaging is much friendlier. They make you feel like family. Tower is not as welcoming. More clinical. As far as the procedures. Same. Difference is the time you wait to have the procedure booked. Always much faster at Advanced. Technicians are professional at both and results provided by both companies are in a timely manner.

i came for an MRI of my shoulder and the staff at the front desk where very rude and disrespectful. i had given them my insurance information a week prior and then i get to my appointment they say they can't verify it so i try to make a phone call. the receptionist was continually rushing me and then proceeds to shout at me in the lobby infront of other patients that "my appointment was at 9." (this was at 9:11 as i was on the phone with my insurance) left right then and there and will never be coming back.

Horrible customer service. They have canceled the appt 4 times and twice without notice! The drive to the location is over 44 minutes. Waste of time and gas. Always an excuse after another. Very unprofessional establishment.

The customer service here is amazing. I am anxious dealing with medical issues and very claustrophobic, but the staff here are so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Donna did my MRI, she was so patient, caring, understanding, and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Good customer is so rare these days but Donna and the rest of the staff really know how to talk to and treat their patients.

I am writing this review because I am not sure why this establishment has only 3 stars? At the entrance of the office, I was welcomed, asked for ID and began the check-in process. The two team at members (lobby) where very professional, direct and smiles were part of the service. I had two procedures which took well over 2 hours. Donna (The Tech), was amazing, supported the entire process, checking in with encouragements and asking if I am doing ok! I would without hesitation recommend this business, I had a wonderful experience during my procedure from making the appointment to checking out at the end of the day
