One star because I believe he lied to me , charged 40 dollars to diagnose then 75 to supposedly fix but didn’t do anything.I drop of the tv and a few days later he said he fixed it, he said he had to solder something that broke inside the tv so I take the tv home and a day later it starts doing the same thing so I dropped it off again and he said he fixed it once more. We’ll guess what a few days later again it’s doing the same issue so he offers me a full refund which is fair because he didn’t fix it but when I show up to get the refund he says he has to keep the 40 dollars because he inspected it.Sure whatever so at this point I have nothing to lose and I open the tv myself and guess what ? He didn’t solder anything or even open it.The money wasn’t the issue it was the fact that he lied and wasted my time for a few days driving back and fourth.I do not recommend this place. Nice guy but he could have been honestI included pictures of both boards untouched

Our TV stopped turning on and we were able to get someone from AAA TV Repair to come to our house for the repair the same day. He was extremely friendly and he fixed our TV within an hour. Great rates and great customer service. What more could you ask for?

Got to say Bruce was amazing , he saved the day ! my washer control board broke . I noticed it was a bad part in the circuitboard of the washer I contacted Bruce he says I don't work on washers but I can solder the new piece back on circuit board. He was awesome I will totally recommend him to work on my TV or any components.

Beware of predatory practices. I contacted this company to repair my television. We spoke over the phone and I provided the model number and detailed the issue. I stated the television screen has gone black but I can still hear and vaguely see this. I explained this is a known issue with these TVs and my research has shown it's probably an LED issue. He stated there's a 75 dollar house call fee but it goes toward the cost of the fix. He asked when I bought it and if I purchased with a credit card. I stated I purchased it a year and a half ago and yes it was with a credit card. He arrives for our appointment and immediately confirms that I was correct regarding the issue and explains he called all over for the part that's needed but it's completely out of stock and that my tv is probably under warranty and I should just call my credit card company to see if they have an additional warranty. He stated they would need a quote from him which would cost me an additional 125 dollars. EXCUSE ME. Not only did he come to the appointment to collect his $75 fee fully aware that he couldn't come with the part but he also wants to charge me more for a written quote. This guy is a complete scammer. He has his business listed in Yelp twice. Once under AAA tv and Big Screen Express. I genuinely don't mind paying fees but I hate being taken advantage of. I paid the fee and asked him to leave. I won't be using his services in the future and I will warn everyone I can about this.

Don't trust this man. He just saw the TV without checking and told wanted to order a part and that I would pay him just for showing up when agreement was to pay for inspecting the TV. I told him over the phone that the TV had one line blinking horizontally. That's exactly what he saw after "inspecting" the TV which to him meant turning it on and seeing what I told him over the phone - very common problem for LG TVs. Prior, I did research and found out that it was because some broken or weak connection inside the TV. I took the TV for a free checkup and they told me the same and fixed it in 15 minutes while I waited the whole day for Bahrus who became Bruce (maybe also adopt the Willis last name too) and wanted to order a part then not use it, get the money for free part and "labor". If you can't see he is a bullshitter it means you are STUPID.

Bruce was super professional, nice, and efficient. He came to my apartment to see the TV and quickly made an assessment. Labor costs came to $175 including taxes, which felt extremely generous considering he had to improvise when Sony shipped him a part with a missing piece (this part was the last in stock so salvaging it was the best option). The TV works great now. 10/10 would recommend

They don't exist, at least not at Reddy Plaza. I think they may be out of business.

Highly recommended. If i could give Bruce 10 stars i would. Do not go anywhere else for your TV repair problems. You've found the best place right here. Bruce helped with my outdoor Sunbrite TV (told me about the CC extended warranties) and fixed my broken indoor Samsung. He was very communicative during the entire process. He got the parts, fixed my TV super quickly, and then brought it back to my house and helped my put it back on the wall. His prices were all reasonable and he is really an honest guy with the best service in all SCV. If i ever have any issues in the future, i'll definitely be calling him back. Thanks again Bruce!

Wow all the 5 star reviews are accurate. We have a fairly new LG Smart TV that stopped connecting to the internet. I called AAA and the gentleman I talked to told me how to solve the problem! No need for a service call after all!

Bruce is the real deal. 30 plus years in the business and you can see he still has the passion for tv repair and excellent customer service. Don't even bother calling anyone else, Bruce is the best.

We have a TV that is sentimental- It needed a very specific Chip/Card in order to work and AAA TV Repair was familiar with it! They were able to provide the part and install it. They even explained various ways to keep the TV operating at its best. I appreciated their honesty and that they weren't trying to sell me all sorts of unnecessary products/maintenance. Definitely will call them again!

Bruce was Amazing! He came to our house to look at our 52 inch Mitsubishi TV that had no sound. He spent over and hour trying to find the problem. Ended up calling the factory to determine it would be very expensive to fix and suggested just buying a sound bar. He even said if it was his TV that is what he would do. It was so refreshing to find someone who is honest and reliable. I highly recommend them!
