I tried to play power ball with quick pick. It’s $2 lottery and I paid $10 bill. He said he can’t accept my money because my money stains a little bit. I asked him that it’s real money or not. He said it is not counterfeit. It’s real money but it has some stains. The way he talking is rude and no greeting at all. I don’t know he is living legal or not. He tried to take my phone while I’m taking a picture to him. I said you can’t touch my property. It is a kind of robbery. I don’t know how the owner running that gas station.

As a local resident who lives just a mile away, I have been pumping gas at this station every week or so for years. Today, however, I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier at the front.I pulled into a stall and removed all the plugs from my tires in preparation to pump air. I then went inside to pay for the air, but the cashier refused to give me a token unless I first put gas in my car. I tried to reason with her that I was already prepared to pump air and that I would be putting gas in my car next, but she refused to budge.I was very disappointed with the cashier's attitude and lack of customer service. I am a loyal customer of this station, and I have never had a problem before. I find it unacceptable that the cashier would refuse to provide me with such a basic service, especially since I was already prepared to pay for it.In addition, I believe that the cashier's actions may be illegal under California law. California law requires gas stations to provide free air and water to customers who purchase gasoline or diesel fuel. Even though I had not yet put gas in my car, I was still a customer of the station and was entitled to free air. In the end, I did go back and pump gas but not the full tank as I had intended. I will not be returning to this gas station again. I urge other local residents to do the same. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area that will provide you with free air and better customer service.Terrible service!

Just paid $75 ($6.10/gal) for gas here and the clerk gave me s**t for grabbing a fork and two napkins from the condiments bar and resisted my use of the restroom (one that was out service and the other locked).Really?The attitude of the team is usually reflective of that of the owner. I'll bring you a nickel next time I pass thru time, the last time I'll buy gas there--after decades of patronizing on my way over the Grapevine.

Incredibly rude staff! The girl who works here just told me that I couldn't use the air machine unless I purchased gas, which I feel is absolutely ridiculous. I also drive for Uber at night and the night guy always closes the bathrooms. Not cool.

This place is a total racket. I got gas in the pouring rain and I needed air in one of my tires. The two teletubbies behind the counter gave me a hard time because in the pouring rain I didn't have my gas receipt. I'm will never go to this overpriced place again. PS: The 2 teletubbies behind the counter were UGLY !!!

This gas station is on my habitual way home. So I really got used to fill my tank there. There are always vacant stations and I don't need to wait. Also I use their car wash and I am always the first in the line. Vacuuming is complimentary. The staff is very polite and willing to help. The only thing I don't like it's lack of receipt paper. So for getting the receipt you need to go inside and I often don't have time. That's basically why I put 4 stars.

This place has the WORST car wash and costumer service ever. Went on two separate occasions and both times the wash broke down and left my car full of soap. It would cover it with soap and then immediately turn on the dryer. The first time they reset the machine 3 times before it actually worked. The second time I went they also reset it 3 times but it never ended up working. The guy told me to "wait through the dryer to see if it would work". It didn't. Then I was told to wait through 5 other cars (while my car was still covered in soap) to see if it worked for them. I eventually got sick of waiting and went inside and asked for a refund. The guy laughed in my face, told me it was my car's problem not theirs, and mansplained how dryers worked to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here.

If you want pieces of your car torn off by the machinery and then thrown away by the employees this is a great place to get your car washed!
