Zumiez customer service is fabulous! Sabrina and Sarah were excellent at resolving my ordering problem and arranging my seamless return and refund. I also spoke with one other person but neglected to document his name. He was also terrific. Great communication with all. I called a few times as it was a bit complicated on my end, and each time they immediately had access to my information from prior calls so we could keep moving forward. Nice job!!

I'm not your typical demographic to shop in your store but my son and daughter are. I came in looking to buy gifts for them. I couldn't stay long, your music is so very loud and such "hard" rock, I had to leave. I'm sure the youngsters can handle your loud music, but if you want to expand your clientele, then I suggest turning it down and changing it when us older folk walk in. I would have loved to buy some things.

Racist worker about 5'10 maybe 5'9 long black hair and raspy voice called me and my friends racial slurs after accusing us of stealing (we did not steal). Since he has obviously been lonely his whole life, he decided to take his anger and pain out on us by accusing us and taking our phones. I did not at all feel safe around this man as my heart was racing because I felt in danger. We are just young teens trying to have some fun at the mall and this goofy goober decided to crash it. He "banned" us from his store but was nervously shaking as I am sure he has never confronted anyone in his life.

Was not expecting such friendly and knowledgeable staff. You don't see that often anymore these days, especially in a big mall like Valley Fair. I will definitely bring the kids back here for more shopping.

I usually don't like shopping at zumiez, I've had a bad experience at other locations. Coming in, it was hella packed and busy, but I found what I wanted. Ben helped me out, got me a fitting room, and found time to order me the correct size and color while helping out 5 other customers. Ben was great, helped out everyone at the store, and really hustled. Really haven't experienced better help at another retailer. Maybe get this guy another worker on shift ? He's super fast and great, and I can only imagine how the store would operate if he had another set of hands.

Ordered a Deck through website, got an error. Came into store, and saw that the transaction had gone through. When I tried to claim it, the new cashier (girl) hassled me for 3 forms of confirmation and claimed it to be policy that they couldn't get around. I had actually found a deck I wanted to switch it out for and started a return/exchange.When I was ready to pay (more $ ontop of the 70$ I had already payed) the same girl said they couldn't run my work issued card because it didn't have my name. I showed proof to show that this card as given to me by my job and the immature cashier stood their and gave me a blank stare and basically repeated the same spiel 10 times saying it was impossible to charge my card since it didn't have my name. Even though I had already spent money in the store.After becoming annoyed by the total lack of knowledge and immature behaivor of the cashier, I asked her to get her manager (which she should have done herself) and when the manager approached me (women with buzz hair cut & tattos) she was EXTREMLY RUDE. She put HER HAND in my FACE and cut me off mid sentence saying "I dont even have to let you shop IN MY STORE and that its store policy to have a name on the card" She ended up letting me use my card. Since its a legit card with a pin number she went around the "policy".Why waste my time saying theres nothing you can do when there is a clear resolution and come up and claim that this HUGE chain store is "YOUR STORE" ?Imagine working as a Zumiez Manager and Yelling at customers about the store Being YOUR STORE? who tf does that... you work at a mall...This occured 01/12/2021 around 3pm

I went to Zumiez in Thousand Oaks California on 12/6/21 with my son to purchase a Beanie , we looked around the store but didn't purchase anything. We left the store and we walked inside the mall and next thing we knew an employee followed us into the mall, grabbed my son and asked to return the item that they thought he stole. We were shocked , embarrassed, felt discriminated against from them. I can't believe that they grab my son and tried to search us , just because they assumed he stole something because of his race. I will never buy anything at any other Zumiez stores.

gen greeted me at the front door and was really welcoming and nice to talk to!! jasmine was extremely patient while i took ten minutes to pick out socks as well… thank you LOL! didn’t get their names but a dude w a beanie and girl w teal hair helped out too :) 10/10 it was fun 2 shop here
