If you're not working with Nia you should be, she is a true professional and the best at her job. I got the pleasure of working with her to make a custom peice of jewelry it came out absolutely perfect and exactly what I asked for she was never pushy only patient. She handles business and gets things done quickly while keeping you in communication step by step.

I didn't buy something, yet until the moment I left, Nia never stopped attending to me, so I am writing this review. She is not pushy, only patient and listens to what you want, offers suggestions, gives an opinion if you ask. Her expertise and knowledge was clear, I would definitely go back.

I went to the Valley fair store in San Jose. Where I was greeted very friendly and welcoming.The lady that assisted me name was Nia positive energy extremely knowledgeable. She was kind and patient in helping me find a beautiful engagement ring for my fiance.I was very pleased and grateful for Nia's help I highly recommend this store.
