Do not recommend using this service. Movers were rude, damaged my wood floor and my desk. They also left dirt all over my carpet and somehow over my bed and TV.
They completed the job and I did not complain/paid in full, and they immediately got up to leave without finishing reassembling all my furniture until I insisted that they help. They still refused to move my TV to the right room for some reason
The people I spoke to on the phone were very polite and friendly, but the movers and moving experience fell significantly short of my expectations

They very fast, efficient and careful with my furniture. The move job took only about 2hrs, which was less than the original estimate of 3.5hrs. So I paid less than expected.

Left their trash all over our apartment we were moving out of and broke the leg of our dresser. I called to report the dresser mishap and never received a response from the operations/support team after speaking with the support team.
2 stars instead of 1 because friendly staff.

The call center was friendly and efficient in setting up a last minute move, and the final price came in much lower than the quoted estimate. Unfortunately there were a few draw backs. The moving guys in the van weren’t told about an additional stop ahead of time which caused some confusion and frustration, and one of the guys didn’t seem as careful with our stuff as the other 2 (punting around an exercise ball in the truck leaving big shoe prints). And the foot of our dresser was cracked/broken at the end of the move.

Just had my move on the hottest day of the year. Many thanks to Jesse, Marco and Adrian, these guys wrapped, stacked and climbed stairs like ninjas. Everything was shrinked wrapped tight and right. No marks on brand new painted walls, beds up in place, dressers in rooms and peleton ready to ride. Even with the sweat in their eyes, always with a smile and checking in where things needed to go. Without question would rehire!

Alfredo and Jose did a fantastic job moving me from my apartment in San Jose to my first home up in the Sacramento area. I had some delicate glass display cases I was especially worried about, but they made the trek without any issues. They did a fantastic job packing everything up and completed the move very quickly despite the crazy heat wave and other challenging conditions. They were also very kind and understanding for someone like myself who was pretty anxious to move. I highly recommend You Move Me (not the first time I've used them), and these two movers Alfredo and Jose did an especially awesome job. Thank you so much for a smooth experience!

Alfredo, Jose, Walter were awesome! They arrived on time and immediately assessed what needed to be done and started work. They didn’t try to milk the time. They were very friendly and handled business professionally. I would recommend them for your moving needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
