Went there to buy commercial water heater. The price is lower compared to their competition and Eddie is wonderful to work. They offer free delivery. Love to shop again there and recommend to otherz.

Before buying plumbing fixtures including toilets, water heaters, faucets and more, definitely check out Windustrial Sunnyvale, their pricing and service is absolutely top notch! We went on a search for toilets to meet the new 1.28 gpf (gallons per flush) requirement set by the California Energy Commission. I visited several plumbing supply stores and decided on American Standard's Cadet Pro (trade-only line) as we wanted a good quality basic toilet, easy to maintain, nothing exotic. I had my model numbers, called Windustrial, , worked with Eddie over the phone, he gave me pricing (which beat all the other suppliers by a mile) I paid over the phone with VISA, he emailed the invoice...easy peasy! And to top it off, when I asked where and when I should pick up the toilets, Eddie said they could deliver...for free! They called about a week later to schedule the delivery (within a one hour window!). They deliver to the door not inside the house, and do not know their delivery area, or if they would go up stairs, but picking up a toilet in your car is not a big deal. As their business is 80% commercial their hours are 6am-4pm M-F and Sat 8am-noon (closed Sunday). Their will call/customer service area is great for misc bits and pieces needed for installation; angle stop, supply lines, wax rings etc at excellent prices. 10 star experience!

If you don't want to read through this long review I will cut to the chase....definitely check Windustrial Sunnyvale before buying plumbing fixtures; including toilets, faucets, water heaters and more. Their pricing and service is absolutely top notch! The back story.... Replacing our old toilets was long overdue, so went on a search for new toilets to meet the new 1.28 gpf (gallons per flush) requirement set by the California Energy Commission. I avoid Home Depot/Lowes if possible as I always end up wandering aimelessly and walking out empty handed, so I visited several plumbing supply stores. I decided on American Standard's Cadet Pro (trade-only line) as we wanted a good quality basic toilet, easy to maintain, nothing exotic (there are plenty of those out there)! A couple of years ago I discovered Windustrial when looking for ADA bathroom products for my elderly father, their 'Aging in place' Extended Living Center is a great resource if you have that need. I already had some pricing on the Cadet Pro from other suppliers, figured I would give Windustrial a try. I had my model numbers ready, worked with Eddie over the phone, he gave me pricing (which beat all the other suppliers by a mile) I paid over the phone with VISA, he emailed the invoice...easy peasy! The price, including soft-close toilet seats, was incredible. And to top it off, when I asked where and when I should pick up the toilets, Eddie said they could deliver...for free! They called about a week later to schedule the delivery (within a one hour window!). They deliver to the door not inside the house, and you would need to check on their delivery service area, if they go up stairs etc. But the toilets fit in the back of your car so picking them up is not a big deal. On Friday I visited their customer service to pick up the supply lines, angle stops and wax rings for the two toilets (also much better than HD prices). I bought faucets and shower heads and toilets and various other plumbing supplies from Sunnyvale Windustrial as part of a remodel. Although I'm sure I was a very small job for them, they gave me good service. The salesperson was very patient as I sent repeated emails asking for quotes and updated quotes and rechecked pricing. Once I ordered, they very promptly fulfilled the order, and they definitely had the best price around.
