Worst experience ever.the banker didn’t want to answer any of my question.he was just not interested to help me only showing his attitude.one thing they should remember they are getting paid for their job not for showing nasty attitude.

Was told to come in by customer service and speak to a banker there's at least SEVEN here 2 btw went to lunch together at 11:40am they walk around talk to eachother, there was a gentleman with a front cubicle who was on the phone and for the last 40 minutes that I have been here has not helped one person, he was briefly obut have NO TIME to help, especially since I need a check looked up so there's NO BENEFIT to them! Tellers on their phones, a gentleman came a day early ahE was here instead of helping they tell him to come back! People if you don't like people get out of customer service!!! Thank bank is air conditioned and beautifully remodeled and right at 12:06 a woman name PAMeLA came up she stated she will help me at a later time.

Apparently at this location you can withdraw money with an expired ID! Tried it twice, and the second time the bank teller didn't seem to care that my license expired back in January.

Omg!! WHAT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE ? BANKERS GIVE 0 respect to customers! Especially one ladies there are AWFUL. One thing they should be remembered is, they are getting paid for their job. Not woth NASTY ATTITUDE. I wish I knew her name! But i dont. Whatever, this branch has 0 respect towards people!! I went there to cash out my money via check. I asked her to give cheque but she was explaining me difference between money orders and cheques in a NASTY TONE! I pity the one who hired her to sit there with 0 professionalism

Pamela Punzalan, the personal banker was amazing with me! She helped and walked me through the wiring process. My visit here was smooth and I definitely recommend this place!

Unfortunately this is the closest branch too me and I say unfortunate because of the down time involved here. Doesn't matter if the line is 2 people or to the door , plan to be at the branch for more then 20 min. This particular day Friday sept 1st I thought 1 pm was a great time to stop by. Having card issues so I have to step inside while new card is being shipped . Well upon walking in at 1 the line was to the door. Literally at the door. Only two tellers working. Third was there but left right in the middle of the dragon tail. Would be nice if manager and or supervisor walking by hands in his pockets can open or help out. Pretty unbelievable the amount of time wasted just in line and not even during the afternoon rush. Can't imagine if it was later in the afternoon. At least they remodeled the place :) Walked in at 1 NOw 1:37 barley half way up the line

If your a normal person working a 9-5 and try to use your lunch as a good time to come to Wells Fargo. DONT. Not only do they have more people as banker analyst they'd don't have more than 2 tellers at a time. WTF wells Fargo??? How about hire people to be tellers and help clear the long lines? Or maybe use the other useless employees to help clear the line? They can remodel the inside but can't hire people to actually work ? WtH?

Let's start off with no one likes going to the bank especially to have to go in and do a transaction of any sort. But Jere was such a pleasure! She was so kind and conversational and made sure to explain everything to me step by step making me feel apart of the process. Jere truly is a treasure you can tell she enjoys her job which made my whole interaction with her wonderful! She didn't make me feel rushed even though a line started forming she made sure I was the center of her attention. This branch isn't my usual branch but it is closest to my job, would definitely come back solely for Jere! Thank you again Jere!!
