I made it in just a few minutes before this branch closed, and thankfully there were only a few people. I made a quick payment and the teller (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was friendly and I didn't felt rushed. We were able to strike up a mini conversation and I was still able to leave quickly.

Due to Covid, it's been complicated resolving my mother's estate. Closing a business account has taken years to achieve. This is the fourth Wells Fargo I've worked with in the last two years. Julissa Lopez, Personal Banker, and her staff were able to assemble the correct paperwork, contact the right people, and were able to release my frozen account and close it. It took hours but they stuck with it and got it done. I'm so grateful. Since the Wells Fargo near my home has closed, I will be transferring to this bank. They have a great "can do" attitude.

Long and slow lines, rude tellers, and horrible customer service. The people at this branch really take their time to not be helpful at all. I would recommend you visit a different branch if you need something done.

The branch manager really did not know what he was talking about. Telling that wellsfargo policy when others banks don't have the same. I believe this branch wants to do what they want not what customers needs are.

do not open a business account with wells fargo! its the worst customer service i have ever been treated by far in 30 years living and doing #business in the us! no wonder they keep getting sues from left to right!!!

Terrible office, avoid it at all cost!!1. About a year ago I went with my husband to open a bank account, they asked us to wait for a few minutes and someone will assist us. They did not offer us to take a seat or anything like it. After 45 mins of us standing in the middle of the office and nobody coming to help us, we just decided to leave. When we were walking out the door someone rushed to ask us to stay, because they will be taking care of us shortly. We obviously did not stay a second longer. Btw, the offices was almost empty, it is not that it was rush hour and office was packed. Is that the way you treat new customers? Way to go!!2. This month my husband went with his parents to open a bank account for them. First time they attempted to go, office was closed. Second time, there was no banker in the office so they couldn’t assist them with opening the account. Third time, my husband requested for them to get a credit card along with opening the bank account, the lady that helped them literally said that they cannot give them a credit card and that they should go to Bank of America, which is down the street, and then come back. Come back where exactly?!?! What a waste of time, literally 3 days of work wasted because they do not know how to do their job…

2 stars for speed. It's a bank so you can't expect too much. However, I'm spoiled from my normal bank in Cupertino with their service. Gurnaaz was my teller and she lacked a personality. I tried talk to her and asking how her day was as she neglected to ask me about my day. She said fine and that was it. Todays visit was definitely a transaction and not an interaction as Gurnaaz was unwilling to speak with me. I even had to tell her how to do the company deposits as she looked at the bag like it was a foreign item that didn't belong at a bank.

Investors please be aware of Mr. Jeff DeBono @ this location. He has the gut to do nefarious activity. We experienced this from him in June 2015. BEWARE!!!
