I wanted to close my Wells Fargo account as I don't live there anymore and had a flight to leave the next day. The Citi across the street closed my account right away. It was a Friday afternoon and the cashier plus branch manager gave me the worst possible advice i.e. withdraw all my money and call the customer service to close my zero balance account on Monday morning.Why was it the worst? Coz they couldn't verify or close my account over the phone as I suspected. I'm getting negative balance charges for zero balance and had to spend money to international transfer USD to avoid fees. You could have left my account as is, if you didn't know the nuances of the actions you take. Whoever worked the shifts on Oct 13, I hope you both know you messed up and caused me a lot of trouble despite my hesitations, just to be able to close the branch on time before your weekend.

This branch is understaffed and there is no urgency to serve customers. Absolutely avoid this place.

It was convenient to get money from this ATM as it was only slightly off of my route. It gives up to 50$ bills should you need them.

Very unprofessional. Me and my wife came here to ask some questions regarding the daily Zelle transfer. The lady standing over the counter looks very inpatient about our questions. Will not visit this place any more.

I had an urgent request that need to be fulfilled on Monday and I learnt about it Sunday night. My original appointment at another branch was cancelled last min and had to rush to homestead branch. Brian learnt about my situation and helped me as soon as he can (though I don’t have an appointment) really appreciate the service

Literally the slowest customer service experience. The have no sense to have increase the amount of tellers around noon so there won't be a huge line. The teller I got made a mistake and therefore was even slower. I would not recommend going to this bank. Even if you are not in a rush, you will be by the time you are done.To the Wells Fargo manager commenting back. This was the feedback. The ball is in your court to do better.

Came in to get debit card. Staff sit in cube was coughing badly maybe due to COVID. No one else came up to ask what I need so I had to stood in line for cashier. When I was almost getting to the top of line a staff came up and asked what I need, then directed me to the sitting staff who was coughing. I was then told they don’t issue temporary card any more and they can’t issue expedited card either, and I should call WF customer service for this. Well, 30 minutes wasted.
