They change not only their hours but also their customer service. Both are worse now. When you have to get to your safe deposit box, they force you to wait in the teller line. And their teller lines are always long. Then when you get to teller, they make you wait for a banker. Why couldn't you just wait for a banker like they used to do? They seem to relish seeing customers wait a very long time to get any service.

This rating is not regarding the customer service. This is regarding the new limited hours. Opening at 9:30 am instead of 9 am. Closing at 4pm instead of 5pm. Closing on Saturday at 12pm instead of Saturday at 1pm. Do you think we do not notice these things? If a good amount of the time I go there and it is closed but it is during most usual banks usual Business hours do you think it will start to get frustrating and it might be easier to move my money elsewhere where it is more convenient?

This place deserves 0 stars! Walked in the door with my husband no greeting what so ever. The "manager" and her right hand clown are stupid AF after going to waiting area because no one is at the door she goes can I help you, I said yes I need to open an account she says my staff is fully booked make an appointment for next Tuesday. You don't seem busy why don't YOU help me if your "staff is busy"! Both slowpokes just stood there looking at us like we are stupid, talking in phrases. Speak up and full sentences why the hell you speaking in phrases, bunch of iditotic people. You just lost a customer who planned on opening a joint account with you and is a first time home buyer! Thanks for reminding me why I don't bank here!

This fiasco started, April 26, 2023 when I traveled from Central TX to this branch to conducted my mother's final business affairs. All the documentation was in order on our end, however, due to back office mishaps on Wells Fargo Bank's part they have made it most difficult to complete closing my mother's affairs with their bank. @WellsFargo I don't understand how this is possible, the Branch Manager and the banker I spoke to, managed to screw up how the contents of my mother's safe deposit box was sent to the Wells Fargo Branch in TX. @WellsFargo You people at this Santa Clara, CA location are disgraceful and inept. I will never do business with Wells Fargo Bank, I will tell everyone I know about this experience and how I've been treated while attempting to take care of my mother's final affairs. @WellsFargo Best regards,

We were looking to get a bank stamp and this was the only bank that even understood what we were asking for. We had driven to 5 different banks all around and all the other banks had immediately denied us without trying to understand what we were asking for. One of the employees that helped us was super respectful, nice, and took the time to actually understand what we needed. Tip: all WF banks do carry the bank stamp, and it did seem like this guy was the most competent of anyone we had previously talked to

Actually 1 star is too much for this branch. They are closed without letting the customer knows!!! I need to access my safe deposit box urgently but they are closed and I need to wait for their reply in 3 business day!!!! Really annoying and unprofessional!!!!!

I have worked with many mortgage consultants in the past and Earlynne Bareng is one of the best - I highly recommend her. She is very professional, caring, diligent and most importantly very dependable. She helped me with a new mortgage and was able to get me a very competitive rate and did everything she could to make sure the process went smoothly and that we close on the house successfully. With Covid, I feel like the underwriting process has become extremely onerous across all banks and Earlynne went above and beyond to help make sure it went well including several nights pass midnight to ensure that the underwriter had the correct documents that would meet their requirements. Along with all of the above, she is very responsive and transparent. You can't go wrong with Earlynne. She is simply excellent.

We had a great experience working with Ms. Earlynne Bareng during our home refinance process. The moment we inquired about home refinance, she imnediately walked us through the process and constantly get back to us for any updates. She is very responsive to our calls and emails and she always keep her line open for any questions and clarifications. Earlynne is very organized and direct in a polite way and she never put pressure on us. We see Earlynne as our mortgage advisor/expert/counselor and our go to person for any of our home mortgage needs. This is our second time doing home refinance through her and it is always a seamless process...ALWAYS! Earlynne truly has a heart for her customers.
