Worst experience ever.the banker didn’t want to answer any of my question.he was just not interested to help me only showing his attitude.one thing they should remember they are getting paid for their job not for showing nasty attitude.

Omg!! WHAT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE ? BANKERS GIVE 0 respect to customers! Especially one ladies there are AWFUL. One thing they should be remembered is, they are getting paid for their job. Not woth NASTY ATTITUDE. I wish I knew her name! But i dont. Whatever, this branch has 0 respect towards people!! I went there to cash out my money via check. I asked her to give cheque but she was explaining me difference between money orders and cheques in a NASTY TONE! I pity the one who hired her to sit there with 0 professionalism

TLDR; ask for Sarah Tan if you need a home loan!! We've been working with Sarah Tan for our mortgage loan and she has been a superstar with the upmost patience for us. I would hate having myself as a client, but she has been extremely patient and you can tell she cares about building a relationship with you. It's essential to have a great loan officer when going through your home purchase and you really can't go wrong with Sarah. I'm not encouraging you to bug her at all hours of the day, but if you text her, she responds immediately regardless if it's 10pm or the weekend. My experience with the last loan officer was terrible and I'm so blessed to have been recommended Sarah. I hope I get the opportunity to work with her for all my future loan needs. The builder we're buying from has their own mortgage loaning company, but when I told them I'm going with Sarah, everyone in the office knew who she was. Even they said that Sarah was the only person to ever close a home with them on time. My experience has been so wonderful that I would want to write a whole novel about it. I hope Wells Fargo knows how lucky they are to have her.

I owned a mobile home near here and when I needed to open up a business checking account this place denied me. They also once gave me $1,800 in cash once and they deposited that same amount into one of my regular accounts and when I came came back to correct the issue they made they treated me like I did something wrong. Since then I've stayed away from this location and I see it hasn't really changed.

Bank opened at 9, we were there at 9 to open 2 new accounts for my young ones. There were only 2 bankers, and both were busy. We waited around for 45 minutes. No one talked to us this whole time / gave us an estimated wait time. A new banker or manager walked in at 9:45, and after taking sweet time to freshen up etc., came and told us that we need an appointment to see a banker. Someone could have told us this earlier / it would have been great even if it was at least mentioned somewhere on a display. Well, bad experience - two new life time accounts lost!

We bank at BofA but my husbands job banks with Wells Fargo...he wanted to me to cash his check and deposit the cash in our BofA account....he signed the check over to me...I went to cash it and the woman refused. She said you can't write your check over to someone else. Is it because I don't have an account there? She said how does she know he signed it, even though his signature was on it. I've never experienced this before as he's done Pay To The Order of on so many of his checks and deposited them in my bank account. Am I missing something? I can't help but feel like she refused because I am black.

I think I got real lucky today, based on some of the other reviews I'm seeing here. I walked in hoping to get some help with an icky situation about my mortage. I approached someone that looked like a manager and he was able to help me solve my problem after a few phone calls and checks on his computer. I wasn't able to get anyone to help for weeks on the phone. Looking back, I should have just come in sooner and had my problem solved earlier.

I had no bad things to say about this bank. I walked in without an appointment with 2 kids in tow and immediately greeted by the personnel behind the counter. She took down my requests and went and look for the right person to attend to me which was available only a few minutes after. From there Mayra gave me tip top treatment. Addressing my requests one by one and keeping me engaged in a friendly conversation. It was like a 40 mins service and she was professional throughout and walked me through the process step by step. And didn't hesitate to answer any questions that I had. She did it all like a pro! Definitely the best service I have had to date !! Thank you Wells Fargo and Mayra !!

I WILL NEVER want to come to this site again after today visit. I will tell all my friends and family to stop going to this site or stop banking with WellFargo. on Saturday- 8/29/21 at 11:10 am, When we walked in the bank, an Asian female representative came, Pam, and asked if we needed help. we said that we wanted to open a checking account. she said that we needed two forms of ID, but we had only one with us and another one is in the car. She told us to get it and she will or get someone to help us afterward. after we got the second form of ID and sat waiting for her. Another "MALE " representative came and said that they couldn't help us to open the checking account today because it takes 45 minutes to one hour to open the account, so he won't help us. it was 11:18am at that time. after few minutes talking with this male, he is so disrespectful and rude in his language and tone, as it likes I was begging for service from him. I stopped talking to him and asked to talk to the previous female, that when Pam came out. She completely denied that she said . " she was talking with me and watching that male as she was seeking for approval. it was sick feel in my stomach to see someone at that lower level and lied for nothing. the male representative: poor customer service, rude and disrespectful. it was not a big deal if I couldn't open the account today. However, dealing with these individuals made me feel sick and disgusted.
